I've been able to hang up my heart rate monitor since this fitbit has one built in. I find this to be accurate and depndable and am satisfied with my purchase

Man, it was tough to shell out nearly $150 for this for my son's birthday, but he loves it. Cheaper than a hoverboard at least, and less fire-y.

I wanted to get this to replace my Garmin Vivofit and have not been dissapointed. The HR functionality is great to have without having to wear any additional gear. It might not be 100% accurate but it does give a close and acceptable range.

    NOT an accurate HR tracker.

This device will not accurately track your HR when you are working out. It will, at many times, fail to find your heart rate which can be quite aggravating. If that's the most important feature for you I'd strongly recommend looking into chest strap monitors as most wrist devices aren't very accurate. The fitbit HR tracks steps perfectly, which I find is a problem for a lot of other fit bits (I'm looking at you fitbit Alta). The battery life is decent and the fitbit app is great (especially the social features). These trackers aren't the best and for those that are looking into intense workouts and tracking them accurately, I wouldn't recommend any fitbit.

I like that this has a watch and phone alert as well as tracking steps, floors, and heart rate. It does not always track going floors though.

My wife wanted one of these. She tried the jawbone first and was very disappointed. I told her we should take it back and try this one. She is much happier. It has many more features. She is very pleased.

Economical and tracks everyday activities which are available at a glance. Easy to use. The battery needs to be recharged every three days instead of five.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I use the tracker mainly for sleeping and during exercise. I am not 100% sure if the amount of calories are accurate during exercise. Also, the number of hours during sleep time is not 100% accurate.

I struggled for years to get my weight under control. In a month since I bought my fitbit, I have lost 11 pounds. I am a month ahead of my goal because of the benefits of having this. The fact that if syncs to my phone, scale and computer are added bonuses.

I wanted a way to keep track of heart rate, exercise, diet and other activity. Fitbit HR has proven to be very useful. I have synced the product with my phone so I can view who calls me while exercising.

I purchased this product for my wife to replace her current FitBit. Improved design and features over standard FitBit, which is what she was looking for. The heartrate monitor is not as accurate as many may expect but pretty good considering.

The idea is good but the execution leaves a bit to be desired. Most functions work EXCEPT for the notifications. Never could get them to work. Needs charging very often, like nightly.
