The only thing I'm disappointed is the battery life. I have trouble with sleep data. I sometimes don't think it's accurate

I got this as a gift for my wife and she loves it. I bought the warranty and it stopped counting steps after 3 weeks. She brought it back and got a new one and uses it everyday.

I love this product. I use it everyday and it has helped me take my exercise to a different level. The software loads on the computer easily, and the app on my phone is great! If I am away from the home computer, I can use my phone to sync.

I bought this fitbit for my sister since I had previously purchased one for myself and I love my fitbit. My sister also loves this tracker and we are able to connect and motivate each other by joining fun challenges that keep us going.

I really like the firbit hr, but I wish it was more stylish. It has the best features for the price, which is why I bought it. It was uncomfortable to wear at first, but my wrist got use to it after a few days.

Really like how it keeps track of your steps, heart rate & other information. Easy to use and comfortable. I wear mine all the time.

The only reason I rated this product a 4 out of 5 is because it does not have a stopwatch. If it had a stopwatch this product would be perfect. Another thing I would like to see in the future is more color options.

At first I did not want a Fitbit but when I received it for Christmas I put it on January 1 and I have loved it it keeps me conscious of the number of steps I need to do each day to stay fit and I would highly recommend buying one

Easy to use. Great way to track activity and sleep to achieve set goals. Makes a good multi-use watch. It even tracks outdoor biking.

I love my FitBit. The color is stand out. And it words perfectly. Too easy to set up in a flash. And, now I'm competing to get more steps. I would advise people that they don't need the suggested accessories. Get one for yourself.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. She uses it with a Windows phone with no problems. Not much to say except that this is doing everything as advertised. Can't compare it to its competitors as this is the only one we've had.

I originally had the Apple Watch that I pretty much used just to track my heart rate when I exercised and found that it was very inaccurate and took a lot longer for the device to register my heart rate so I decided to try a Fitbit instead. Best decision ever. The Fitbit charge does a great job tracking what I want it to and also tracks my heart rate and what kind of exercise I'm doing when I forget to manually set the start-finish exercise timer. Highly recommend if you want something that tracks your heart rate.

Easy to set up and link to phone. Battery lasts a long time between charges. Calories burned is not accurate, need to read up as to why it is so inaccurate.

Once set up, it is easy to use. Although the set up was easy, it kept needing to restart. Should come with a written manual and not just have the online version.

There are many fitness tracking devices out there. But the fitbit is so versatile and capable that it blows all of the other devices out of the water. And as a cherry on top, the blue is a nice shade as well.
