I wish it came with some written instructions. It has quite a few options but it's hard to find answers to your questions if you're not real computer savvy.

This is an excellent tool for motivating you to take that one extra step each day. Unfortunately, the band is flimsy. I've gone through two fitbits and on each, the band developed air bubbles around the digital readout, and eventually, both fitbits failed. I'd guess that the air bubbles broke seals which allowed moisture (sweat, humidity?) to enter the electronics inside.

The Charge HR is an upgrade to the Charge I had but the battery life is really short. It doesn't seem to warn you as well as the Charge when the battery is low.

It works as advertised, however I think the heart rate monitor is slow to respond at times. It is sensitive to arm movement when not actually walking so there are extra steps logged when sitting at my desk typing.

Purchased it 3 months ago. The only problem encountered is that it has stopped communicating with the smartphone several times. It has to be reset so keep the instructions that come with original packaging.

This is my second fitness tracker, I like it a lot. The heart rate monitor is good and the sleep tracking is awesome.

This product is a good way to keep you motivated to walk, especially if you complete challenges with peers! The only thing is I like tracking my sleep but it is not so comfortable. Otherwise, it is great!

The accuracy of pulse rate is good. Sleep monitor is less accurate but still very beneficial. I get four full days before the battery gets low. I'm enjoying the feedback thru the iPhone app and the PC app.

The best all around package for a fitness tracker. I love the display and how compact it is. The accompanying app is awesome too! The best quality for the best price. Highly recommend it for beginner to extreme fitness enthusiast.

It does everything that it promises and more. I didn't expect there to be a vibrating alarm option. It's very useful for setting reminders or just to wake up in the morning. I purchased the blue one and I think it looks great.

I did read many reviews of the wearable fitness monitors and thought this would be closer to what I wanted. I am most interested in monitoring activity and heart rate. Haven't even turned any other functions but the alarm. I like the silent alarm and the notice when you have reached your selected goal. I did turn off the function that allowed my to flick my wrist an see the time. The light is so bright at night that the whole room seems to light up when you move your arm.

I followed the directions for wearing the Fitbit on my non dominant hand. It was to track steps. I'd walk around the house and those steps were not recorded, yet I shuffled cards to play solitaire and I "walked" 123 steps as I sat on my couch. I tested this problem several times and ended up "walking" half a mile. This was a deal breaker for me. A minor problem was that I was conscious of it on my wrist the entire time I wore it. I returned it and will wear a simple pedometer.

Love the new HR Fitbit. Comfortable to wear, doesn't fall off like the One might. Purple color is great. Fitbit easily syncs with the app on my phone. Have been walking 10,000+ steps per day ever since I got it. Highly recommend.

This device is now worn religiously by my kido. Loves the fitbit and is really into challenging their each other to get more steps. It is nice for me to see information about their sleep patterns and activity during the day.

I bought this for my wife after overhearing a sales associate say she loves the same model and wears it everyday. Now my wife does the same she loves it and is already addicted to making sure she gets her 10,000 steps a day.

I love my Fitbit! Every day I want to do better than the day before, so I am always challenging myself. The silent alarm is great. The only bad thing is that the Fitbit website is down for maintenance often.

This is a great Fit-Bit and great for using while running. The app on my iPhone allows me to break up my run between walk and run times, but this doesn't do that. Otherwise, I am pretty happy with this item

I like the wide selection of foods that are listed. It makes it super easy to track my good intake. Wish they listed more than run, walk and hike as default activities though. Other than that....it's great!!

I love that it can integrate with diet/fitness tracking tools such as My Fitness Pal. The daily tracking is absolutely great and helps me to stay on track!

I like being able to track my activities, steps, HR and number of stairs/day. Still learning all the other great things it can do.
