I have been out of shape for embarrassing enough five years. Being able to track my progress and the different badges you can earn really motivates you. I walk 10,000.00 steps a day which is five miles without realizing it. My next phrase is to use the fit bit to track calories eating and burning. It may seem extreme to say but it probably helped to save my life.

I had heart surgery in June, and since then I've had a high heart rate. This helps me to keep track of it, in case it gets too high. I'm not 100% sure of how accurate it is, but it's close! I also like how I can use the FitBit app to get more details on my activity for the day. I do wish I had gotten black instead of purple, because purple gets kind of dingy!

I was hesitant if I wanted to spend the extra money for the HR but it is well worth it. I' find myself working out more as a result of this purchase.

The heart rate monitor doesn't seem to work all the time. Works great for the sleep monitor.

Only major complaint is that it can get uncomfortable after prolonged use. By the end of the day, my wrist is itchy and irritable.

Fitbit charge provides my active daughter with all the data she needs to keep motivated. It seems to hold a charge well (so far).

I do not know how to activate the caller id. I thought it would automatically appear. My previous Fitbit did show the caller id.

Use it 24 hour a day. I linked to online app and track everything. Food water weight loss fat % . This is helping me be aware of healthy living .

The Fitbit HR is a perfect fit on the arm. Also I like the challenges with other family members. Encourages me to work out harder

Purchased as a gift and found out later that the Fitbit would not charge. Fitbit customer service is excellent so knew that it would be replaced.
