    The Fitbit is great. This is my second Fitbit, my other just got old. This one with heart rate monitoring helps but, the battery does not last quite as long as the original. One must remember though it does more than the previous versions.

    This product works great for step counting and keeping track of sleep. I found it challenging to maintain heart rate while exercising and the mileage count seems to be off while exercising.

    I like the fact that I can keep track of my steps and see how many I have at the touch of the buttion. I also keep track of the floors. The reminders on the phone app of "Get ready for bed" and moving throughout the day are helpful, too.
