Gives you a an achievement review weekly. I like to monitor my heart rate during different exercises and this is the easiest heart rate monitor I have ever owned. It goes on your wrist with nothing strapped to your chest like other monitors.

Fitbit is a good product. The sleep tracking and time display features appealled to my wife. The only issue is the battery life and if you need to charge you can't wear it. The battery seems to need charging 3-4 days.

This particular Fitbit is great. The heart rate monitor is wonderful for those of us who are curious about that. The sleep tracker is enlightening to helping with night time habits, and it all together makes you want to become fitter!

This meets all my needs. I especially like to see my sleep patterns. When I check my daily report I am surprised to see how many steps and stairs I have done just at work. My husband likes the ease of finding his information as well.

Product does what it says and works well. Wish you didn't have to charge it so often. Doesn't fit perfect on the wrist and needs function to keep the clock on the check the time quickly. Otherwise it does the job.

Love this for tracking my steps, calories burned, distance walked, flights of stairs climbed, etc. It does everything I hoped it would. I wish the battery would last longer. I get about 4 days out of a single charge.

I had the flex before but was unhappy with how it tracked my workouts. It was really only good for walking and running. I love the charge hr, it tracks my workouts accurately and I love being able to track my heart rate, sleep and calories.

The Fitbit Charge HR is so far a very awesome activity device that has a cool array of options to track online. The display screen on the band is sleek and the cover over the lighted display is tinted to match the color of your band. Nice touch. One very cool feature is the exercise timer that will provide you with a separate data output for any length of time you workout. I used the timer several times already to see how well I was working out with my P90X DVD exercise program and I love it! It is more accurate when I do the weightlifting routine than with my previous other activity band, a Nike Fuel band. I wore my Nike Fuel band for 3 years until last week when it stopped working suddenly. I must admit that the Fitbit has much more to offer than my Nike. And I haven't experienced any skin irritations.

    Life Changing

Diets don't work... If they did... I would know. What the Fitbit does it take the mystery out of getting in shape. Keeping track of what I am eating alone has been a huge wake up call but having this device on my wrist (it is comfortable) is a reminder to be more active and to be good. You'll find yourself walking around the house more to get your steps and now I park as far away from the store as possible to get more 'free' steps. The great thing is that losing weight and getting into shape is too much if you look at the big picture but if you do it day by day... you will make it. I do not deny myself anything... but instead of a box of cookies... I will have one or two... once in a while. Fast food is shockingly bad but some things are alright and anything is alright if you keep it in your calorie budget. It has been a month now since I got this device and I started out at 283lbs. Now I am 266lbs. It really has not been too hard and for the first time in a long time I now 'believe' this will actually work. I'm excited... There is much more than I could say but will end this with an important note. If you intend to simply put it on your wrist and do nothing... you' are just waiting your time. You do need to meet it half way... but as noted in my title... I do believe this is life changing.

I have debated between this product and the Garmin one but after reading the reviews chose this one. I like the fact that I find it to be accurate, monitors my heart rate and the software is easy to use. I would recommend the purchase.

Small size fits well, the snug fit recommended can cause a bit of pain on the wrist. But you can loosen it after a couple of days use (once it has picked up the pace on your vitals .. almost like a calibration).

I purchase this HR for my girl friend in the small size. The small is still big on her wrist. The other issue is short battery life of about 4 days. Even with those two issues she loves it and it does work good.

Being near 40 I am heavily concerned with my health and the Fibit HR is perfect for keeping track of what's important for me. Keeps track of how much I move around daily, my heart rate, how many hours of sleep I get plus how many min I'm restless through out the night. Fitbit app is great all around. It also keeps track of how many calories I take in once I log in my meals. My only negative is the screen is easily scratched. But this is an awesome item to own.

the sleep time feed back provides unexpected information and the step count really does help to push for more exercise, The caller ID feature is very nice when the phone is slightly out of reach and does not need to be answered.

I have enjoyed having my Fitbit Charge HR so much since I purchased it back about a month and a half ago in time for my NYC trip. It kept me so motivated. It's great to be able to monitor your steps and your heart rate and sleep quality and workout. The app for your smartphone is easy to use to keep track of your progress and log your nutritional intake. It's great to also connect with friends who have a Fitbit as well. We keep each other motivated. It has a clock and also has a great battery life if you have it set to manually sync and not continuously sync. I would definitely recommend this Charge HR to anyone needing that extra motivation. I do wish it was waterproof so you could use it while swimming. Maybe the next model???

This is a great way to track the number of steps taken and the heart rate. It is really comfortable to wear in my sleep. The only thing I don't like it's that it's not accurate in tracking the stairs climbed.

This is a great upgrade from the Fitbit one I used for several years. The heart rate function is great for anyone who enjoys more data. It's also much harder to lose than the One, which would often fall off as I exited the car.

I compared my Zip to the Charge HR and there were noticeable differences in steps my Charge HR always has more steps logged than the Zip. I like all the features of the Charge HR. Sometimes I forget to charge it and it goes dead. Now every other day I take it off at night and charge so it will be good to go in the morning. Then if you don't sync it right away the time will be wrong. I tried to recalibrate the Charge HR but I couldn't get it to calibrate, it takes the calibrations from my Zip. Maybe if I make a new account I could recalibrate the Charge HR and it would be more accurate.

With so many watches out there, I can't hesitate to say that this watch is pretty accurate when I compare HR and step count with my phone. Great features and overall great watch.
