I bought the Charge HR for my wife after my experience with the same model over the past 15 months. We have had Fitbits of nearly every model. The HR is best.

This is a great tool. Only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is that the claim of battery life is 5 days when it's actually 1 1/2...

I love the Charge HR Fitbit! It is easy to use and gives me the information that I want. I love the color and so far I have had no problems with the device!

Really like the Fitbit, but it was not as easy to sync to my phone and computer as I thought it would be. I'll ask more questions next time.

is a good pedometer and distance traveled, its functions in general and its variety of colors are good. It would be great to be waterproof

I have been very pleased with the ease of retrieving info. from my fitbit wherever I might be. I wear it all the time and use it in place of wearing a watch.

I use the Fitbit daily. Use the steps and heart rate features. I have found if I use the sleep function my battery goes down pretty quickly.

Since I bought it got motivated to be more active. Very light and comfortable to wear. Very convenient to track everything on my iPhone. Love the caller id.

I have owned a flex since they were first released and just switched over to the Charge HR. Absolutely the best and it helps me calculate my calories burned

I like the fact that it can connect to my phone and it compact but I found the sizing of it kind of tight.

I was looking for something to track my heartrate, and I was very pleased with the Charge HR. I also ended up using the food/calorie logs to lose 20lbs.

Bought the Fitbit - Charge HR Activity Tracker + Heart Rate - Plum for my mom and she loves it. Says it is comfortable to wear and easy to use with the app.

The purple color is true and beautiful. I love the HR monitor on this. When I hit a goal I set, such as steps per day, it will vibrate to let me know.

Did not seem like a good fit for me. Was expecting better features after reading the reviews for this product and was uncomfortable to wear.

Excellent tool to lose those last few stubborn pounds. Heart rate tracking helps count calories more accurately. Woul not buy a fitness band without one

This is a great tracker only downfall is that it's only water resistant , NOT waterproof. Returned it and went with the Garmin instead.

For my son's girlfriend...she is a nursing student. This is the 3rd one I've purchased. She felt that this would give her motivation and she was right.

This is a good piece of technology but not great. I had to replace the Fitbit I bought for my wife because a little button broke off of the side. If I didn't take the service plan we would have been out of luck and just had to buy a new one. Best Buy was great about replacing the broken Fitbit so my wife is satisfied. I on the other hand are a little skeptical. Word of advice... take the service plan just as a back up.
