I had trouble syncing the device but once it synced I have enjoyed it. I worked on it for a few days before I got it to sync. Almost took it back but glad I didn't give up on it. I do like the heart rate display and the nutrition data base has many foods already in their database. The in and out of calories and calories left was a little hard to comprehend in the beginning. Best way to understand it is to use it daily and compare the days logged and you will better understand the concept.

My weekly workout consist of 3 days 5 miles (at least) of outdoor run and 3 days weights or spin class in the gym. The app and the readings on my sleep pattern as well as the number of stairs a day I climb is pretty impressive. Unfortunately, after 2 months of using it everyday, charging the battery every 3 days and cleaning/wiping off the sweat after every work out, the plastics/metal part where the USB port is located broke off. I had to stick it together with a glue-how cheap, just to keep on using it while I was figuring out what to do. I read best buys return policy and it says that they only reimburse if the item is purchased not more than 45 days. I contacted Fitbit directly about my concern. Fitbit was so nice enough to send me a new one. But I didn't bother to open the box anymore nor attempted to give it a second chance. My way of thinking, if I use it and after two months it breaks, what chances do I have of Fitbit doing the same gesture? I informed Fitbit that I rather return the item to them and just get my money back, unfortunately they can't do that. So I contacted bestbuy and Informed them about the situation. They said it's the stores discretion whether or not they accept the return for a store credit. The San Bruno Branch in CA was so nice enough to give me a store credit. Now I am considering getting a TomTom multi sports watch and see if it could keep up with my active lifestyle - I hope it does. I'm never buying Fitbit again nor would recommend it to anyone.

This was a Christmas present. I love the fact, you can track your sleep activity and the amount of steps walked in a day. Best product ever.

This fitbit is much better than the one that is below this one. This one tells me about my sleep and heart rate. It also stays on my wrist.

Bought for my wife, she loves it, can keep track of sleep patterns, steps, and all the other stuff she keeps track of. Very happy with it!!

This fotbit does a great job of keeping up with my steps, as well as monitoring my heart rate.

This is my first and I love it! Very accurate with steps and heart rate. The App is great. Wish it was just a tad smaller tho...

As a health product, it's good. But as a watch, it's not really good. The sensitivity doesn't seem work too well when trying to read the time. I bought this for my wife and she ended up just turning that function off. Not only did it not respond half time when my wife's arm raised, it would come on at night and be quite bright and annoying. What we really like about it is to look at our heart rate trends. It's great at recording your heart rate and giving you more detail on your workout.

This product allows me to improve my sleep and check my heart rate while at work. I am a fan as this helps me reach my goals!

After starting with the bottom-of-the-line Fitbit Zip, I wanted to upgrade to a device that would track my heart rate and allow me to easily see my stats during a workout. The Charge HR has been perfect! It tracks my HR and tells me how many minutes I spent in each zone. It even gives me a calendar view showing which days I've worked out when synced to the app. The only downside is that it's hard to see the numbers on the device when in the sun, and the screen gets scratched from normal wearing.

It is way fun tracking all my steps during the day and not worrying about losing my pedometer. I can even see when I have a restless night.

This is not my first fitbit device! I'm well aware of their advanced algorithms for activity and sleep tracking and i'm sure no other tracker in the market does the same! This device is as cool as I expected and works great! Con: It shares average heart rate for the day and on-demand heart rate tracking. But I don't find how my heart rate was during sleep. Like, I cannot map it with my sleep graph. Best Buy gave me the flexibility of choosing the color and size and got my order ready in 3 hrs. I'm happy that I bought in Best Buy.

Bought one for a friend since I like mine so much. Really motivates me to meet goals and gets me up moving. Only thing I don't like is that the phone app has been acting weird lately, lost my step count one day, and floors another. Today I got a badge for 100 floors which I didn't do. Also when I use the stop watch and then sync to the app, the numbers don't match. Even so, I really like it and just keep in mind that the numbers may not always be totally accurate, but still a great guide.

I'm really enjoying the heart monitor on my Fitbit. It keeps me mindful of getting my heart rate up and also tracks the steps I'm taking.

Really happy with this purchase, reasonably priced compared to other products. Easy to use, and in addition to work outs, sleep and heart rate monitoring, it works well as a watch! The silent alarms are awesome too. Hoping future updates improve functionality even more

This tracker has helped me start a journey toward a healthier and more active life. The heart rate monitor isn't perfect, but it does a pretty good job (when compared to treadmill and elliptical HR monitor handles). Pairing it with MyFitnessPal has helped me really track my macros and calories, so I know how much of a deficit I'm operating at each day. Overall, I'd highly recommend this product!

Good product,. Tracks my basic workouts and heart rate and sleep. Very pleased with my purchase and color of the bracelet.

Overall, this is a good product. The battery lasts more like 3 days instead of 5. It seems to count steps accurately. I really like the sleep monitoring and the silent alarm. You can set multiple ones. Only downfall is I have pretty small wrists and even the small my worst isn't wide enough length wise so there are gaps on each end. I got used to it. It it felt really weird the first week.

Got this for the wife and she loves it. She uses it for tracking her calories, steps walked, "good" sleep time and everything in between!

The only thing is the battery doesn't last long. I am constantly having to charge it. The heart monitor is great though.
