You will have to take your time to set the the FitBit. Read instructions several times. Look around the dashboard. I was a little frustrated figuring out how to put in cycle mileage but finally got it. Pay careful attention to tighten the band properly in the right position. Neat product that keeps us on track. ( We each have one.)

I have had my Fitbit for about a month now, and it works great for me. I got the HR to get a more accurate calorie count which is what I was concerned with. I love knowing now how many calories I burn in a day and how many calories I burn on my walks for exercise. It also works for the treadmill in the sense that it knows how much I am exerting based on my heart rate versus if I didn't have the HR it would only base it on my steps and wouldn't know I was on an incline and exerting more effort. I get about 4 days on the battery.

I definitely enjoy the features of the ChargeHR compared to the other FitBig products. It's helpful to be able to set goals, compete with friends, and adjust daily habits with the reminder of the fitbit while it is being worn. The only negative is definitely the skin irritation which the product has sufficient warning about the skin irritation and ways to prevent it. Also, it said that the battery life should last about five days, but I find myself charging it after two days or so.

The first Fitbit was a birthday gift without heartrate. Upgraded a trade to the small Fitbit with heart rate. It was easy to set up. This Fitbit much smaller than original gift item. Also has a regular watch and buckle which I do not like as much as the original item which had a clamp, easy comfortable fit. I feel that you need the larger Fitbit because of the buckle being difficult to hook.

This is a really good product but there are a few things they need to fix. The motion detector is way too sensitive. I've changed the sleeping sensitivity but doesn't help. My steps are way off because it counts when I just move my hands so using it when I'm on the computer and not walking doesn't help keep track. Second thing, I bought the small because I have very small wrists but it was way too small and was really annoying so I had to go get the next size up. Still a good product.

The Fitbit Charge HR is a nice fitness tracker. It does everything the description says it does. The only 2 issues I've had are 1: the literature says the battery should only need charged every 4 to 5 days and it really needs charged every other day, and 2: We thought the average heart rate wasn't working in the app. Turns out, by researching online, you have to wait 24 hours for that information to show up. Overall, if you're looking for a fitness tracker, buy this one.

I changed my LG flex to Fitbit and I am okay with it. The tracker monitors my steps, stairs elevations and my heart rate. All of it seems to be very accurate. It does vibrate when you get a phone call, but I turned off the bluetooth sync for the sake of my phone's battery. Charging is fast and can be done while you're in the shower (the tracker is not waterproof) For me, the battery lasts about 2 days. If you exercise in the gym or live an active lifestyle, you'll like this product

Bought this for the GF and she loves it. I have noticed that syncing stats to her cell phone is pretty slow. However, as an everyday activity tracker, it meets all of her needs. It is easy to use, without all of the extra buttons/bells & whistles for someone simply looking to track their activity, daily. Side note, it does use a proprietary charger, so don't lose the cable!

While this is not a smart watch it is very good at calculating steps and distance run/walked. The heartbeat feature is just a plus.

Love this fitbit, but was not happy with the sizing. They really need a medium size band so you don't have to get creative with extending the small. Yes I could have gotten a large, but only small comes in cool colors! The set up process was easy once I figured out it required the app on my phone to do it. Would have been nice to know up front...just like syncing for time setting. But I have definitely become more active so I could meet my daily goal. So happy working out!!!

Had to return the first unit because it did not come close to keeping the correct time. The replacement has been perfect. The main reason I like it is that if you have the discipline to wear it all the time it will remind you to get moving just by wearing it. No, it doesn't nag you to get up and go, but just having it on your wrist did the job for me. Keep in mind that it the thing isn't worth much if you don't also install the Fitbit app on your phone or computer.

This is a very good product, you have to charge it about every two days. You have to click multiple times to see the steps you've taken or the miles you walked which after a while does get old. I also just wish that the wrist band was made of a better material. Overall, it does what it says and does have good reviews. Fitbit has new products coming out which do solve some of my current concerns so I'm looking forward to that except they new Fitbit's are more pricey.

I love my FitBit Charge HR! The data (information) provided is accurate and really influences some of the decisions I make daily. Do I go for a walk or head to the gym vs. sit on the couch and watch tv? Do I take the stairs or wait for the elevator? Am I getting enough rest at night? Having access to data related to my heart rate (HR) has been the most valuable. It influences the types of workouts I will do. I like knowing when my walk was brisk enough to move me from fat burning to cardio. Best purchase in 2015!
