    Loving this upgrade :)

I have been using fitbit products for about 3 years now. I started with the ultra then upgraded to the flex and now I have the Charge HR. I enjoy being active and being able to track my steps, calories burned, Max and avg HR and being able to track my sleep quality. I've been using the Charge HR Since December 2nd, 2014 and I love it! I compare my heart rate and calories burned to my polar heart rate and it's quite close. I love the graphs you can review to see how you did on an active day or a non-active day. One disadvantage I see is it is not meant for counting calories when you are idle.. such as spin class. it will not calculate calories accurately b/c you are not increasing steps. but the HR is right on. Overall, I love it. I don't know where i've been all this time without a fitness monitor with a HR monitor :)

Honestly the fitbit charge HR is okay if you want to get an idea of what you are doing daily but it's not that accurate.

The Fitbit's information is not always accurate, I have surpassed 10,000 steps just by moving my arms. Kind of a joke.

This band was tested over a known distance and vs. a pedometer that we trust. The band did not report accurate numbers.

Better functions on the Garmin HR and the fit bit display was too small to read. Check out the Garmin Vivosmart HR.

This product is really really bad. I have had to get 3 replacements till now. The hr monitor keeps disappearing and then it just seems to freeze. The fitbit support just will try to give some complicated set of steps to reset time and again and then after a few calls will send out a replacement, but each of the replacements had the same issue eventually.

    Amazing!

I recently purchased my Charge HR and so far, I love this thing! It seems to be pretty good at capturing my steps. I love that I can see my steps, heart rate, calories burned, and incoming calls on the little screen. I used to have an Up (original that had to be plugged into my iPhone to sync information) and I loved that too but this syncs wirelessly and is effortless. I just connected it to my phone through Bluetooth one time and wear the Fitbit and all my stats sync automatically. It's awesome! I also love being able to look at my heart rate whenever, but I have nothing to compare it to so I have no idea the accuracy. All in all I love this product and would recommend it to friends, enemies, strangers. Anyone. It's amazing!
