I love my fitbit HR charge, I love all the different things it can do. Especially tracking my sleep. Only complaint is battery doesn't last as long as the fitbit charge, my charge used to last almost a week on a battery charge, this one about a day and half.

This was a replacement device. I like the display and the heart rate monitoring was definitely the thing that conviced me to purchase this model. It is easy to use but the wide band does hold sweat. It is also uncomfortable after a few hours of sweaty activity: the contacts feel irritating. I don't have any skin irritation or rash just feels odd. It works well and the interface is easy to use.

I purchased this for my wife as a birthday gift and she loves it! She recently underwent back surgery so the number of steps she takes daily is giving her some positive feedback as she recovers. She doesn’t wear it to bed yet but I am hopeful she will add that element soon so she can monitor her sleep. The Fitbit was easy to setup and my wife finds it easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone that is fitness minded.

I like how simple it is to use. However, I have had a very difficult time learning how to sync with other apps. It says I can, and seems to sync but isn't working quite right. I think I will just stick with the basics -- and those are easy and provide great data. The flight of stairs count does seem very inaccurate -- yesterday it told me I had 11 flights of stairs but I never climbed any -- odd.

My daughter hot one, and so did I eventually. Now I'm sorry, I didn't get it much sooner. I find myself doing all kinds if e,Tra steps and walking in order to beat challenges. It's awesome. My only comment is that I would have gotten a large band size, but the store sales person talked me into a small. Wrong! Get a large and cut it to fit if you want. Mine is too tight, and I am only average in size (5ft 7in, and 180 lbs)

Fitbit Charge HR is a great motivator

It's a great motivator to be more active: take more stair cases, walk more steps, etc. Two negatives would be that I have to recharge it every 3rd day, and it's not altogether accurate: (example) 12 flights of stairs only registers as 9. It's my first piece of wearable fitness technology, so I'm glad to have purchased it, and I think it would be be a good buy for first timers like me.

I traded up to the Fitbit HR from the Charge when the Charge stopped working. I had purchased the extended warranty, and returned the Charge for a full refund and was able to trade up the the HR. I purchased the extended warranty again, used reward points and the whole transaction cost me $25. Well worth it. I like the wrist band so much better on the HR. It's so much easier to fasten, and also like to follow my heart rate.

This has been one of my best purchases this year. It not only convinces you to walk more (especially if you get competitive with friends), but by tracking heart rate makes it so you try jogging/running as well versus a light walk. It's definitely help me get in shape after owning it for only 2 months, also I'm a data nerd and the app is great for counting calories, keeping track of sleep, and long term trends about myself.

The only suggestion I have that I feel would make this product better is the ability to charge without having to use a computer. Otherwise I love it! It's very comfortable to wear, I almost forget I'm wearing it. The heart rate monitor is very accurate.

The plastic cover on the inside of my Fitbit where plug inserts broke within the first two weeks of purchase. I was hesitant to go home with another but Best Buy honored my trade for a new one. My second Fitbit has remained intact and other than that one experience, I LOVE the watch! If I could recommend anything it would be that the battery charge would last longer than 3-4 days.

It's hard to be motivated to exercise, but the Fitbit tracking helps you see your improvement over time. Motivates you to do more. To see the resting heart rate lower the harder you work out and how many steps or activity minutes it took to get that result and finally see weight coming off. Being able to connect to other apps for health and fitness and nutrition so the combined apps show you the whole picture is great.

Fitbit is really the go-to for Fitness trackers when one doesn't need a full blown smartwatch. The Charge HR lasts a good deal between charges and Fitbit also has a really good app to go with it. Its easy to set up and is pretty configurable. The one downside is it hasn't stood us to everyday use very well. After 5 months, a small bubble started forming on the band. Around 6 months, the bubble had gotten progressively larger. According to Fitbit support forums, this is a known issue that does effect a small amount of their products. Be sure to hold on to your receipt and/or the Customer Service Pin so that if you need to replace it under warranty, it can be done through Fitbit. Despite the chance of this happening, the Charge HR is still a great product. It's a no-brainer to buy one especially if you catch it on sale. 4/5
