This is my second Fitbit (I upgraded to the Charge HR from the regular) and I love the heart rate feature. Due to the snapping off issue with the regular Charge, I do appreciate the buckle on the wristband. Ps. I highly recommend purchasing the 2yr warranty due to the fact your investment is covered under any circumstance. Lesson learned with my boyfriend's Fitbit which I did not purchase the warranty for.

App is easy to set up. Fitbit is a great product to keep track of your sleeping pattern.

I like the fact that it tracks my heart rate constantly and my steps. The flight of stairs and step counter tends to be a little off as I can wake up in the morning and there already be some steps or stairs counted. But for the most part it is fairly accurate. The battery life is good. It usually last about 3 1/2 to 4 days and it doesn't take long to recharge itself.

Ok, so I finally decided to join the FitBit craze and I'm amazed that it does motivate me to keep moving! I am pretty active and didn't think I needed it but I have noticed when I'm just short of my daily goal I will go out for a walk or I will start my day with a run because I know I can get 3,000 steps from my short run! I also love all the tracking features... especially the tracking of my sleeping patterns! I do have nights where I'm really restless and think I didn't get any sleep but looking at the sleep record, I realize I got a couple of good chunks of sleeping time in... since then I haven't worried so much about my restless nights... and in fact, I have had better sleeping patterns ever since! Kind of like the placebo effect... I know I'm sleeping ok, so I don't worry about it!! The battery life is great too... only charge it once a week! REALLY glad I bought it!

I had the FitBit flex before upgrading to this one. The flex was good but I love that this one has the screen to see how you are doing and also has the clock. It's also awesome that it notifies you when someone is calling. I always have my phone on silent so that feature helped me multiple times! I wish the battery lasted a little bit longer but it does last for 4-5 days.

I purchased this for my sibling and she loves it! It has made her focus on a healthier "Active" lifestyle. We live near a shopping center; before, she would drive for small groceries, now she walks. She is more motivated about walking and staying active. The cool thing is she competes with her friends who also have a fitbit. I too will have to purchase one for myself!

The device is light weight and you forget it's even on your wrist. Accurate heart-rate readings so far. The only thing I wish FitBit would add is a timer. The product has an integrated stop watch for your activities, which is helpful for the duration of your event. Love the sleep tracker idea!

Ever since the fitbit force I've been a huge supporter of the company. I luckily didn't have any problem with that device but needed an upgrade. I went with the charge hr since i wanted a hr monitor. Its great for the price and pretty accurate. The main thing is it doesn't feel weird on my wrist like some others do. I would definitely suggest picking this up if you try to stay active and go to the gym.

Great for tracking sleep patterns and heart rate. I also like the silent alarm feature.

I just got a Fitbit Charge HR Activity Tracker for Christmas, and so far, I love it! It's comfortable to wear, and even though it's not very cute, so many people are wearing one that it doesn't look out of place. My favorite features are its ability to track mileage and my heart rate when I work out. I haven't used the sleep tracking feature, but I will. I'm so glad I have this great fitness tool!

I wanted to get a fitness tracker to keep track of my physical activity. After reading online and talking to the sales rep at Best Buy I decided the ChargeHR was the best option for me. As a nurse I like that it tracks my heart rate throughout the day. The only think that I don't like is the food intake tracking part of the ap is a little cumbersome and time consuming.

This product is AWESOME! Although when I first got it, I was totally new to the App you download with it, it is very easy to learn and become familiar with! Also, if you have friends that have FitBits, you can add them on the app to see how they are doing and you can encourage eachother! Glad I read up on activity trackers before I bought one because this one is definitely at the top of my list!

I researched many brands, I chose the Fitbit Charge HR. I didn't want a chest strap anymore and I wanted quality from device to wear. Some other brands bands caused them to lose their device, too expensive to lose. Mine tends to have trouble syncing - apple app and I don't like the caloric input. Overall I like the device needs more colors/ slimmer design for petite women.

73 yrs old and enjoy tv too much! The challenge of meeting my daily goals helps me get my exercise in. I've used it a little over 2 weeks and noticably feel better. I have various cardiac problems and went with the "Charge" that displays my pulse and tracks my sleep patterns. Now if they would just come out with a model that takes and tracks my blood pressure...................well, that would be great!

I wear my fi-tbit daily to keep track of steps walked and sleep patterns.

My wife loves it, she had an original Fitbit and wore it out. Tried the MS Band but didn't like the size and we went back to the Fitbit Charge HR and she loves it. The HR feature did not seem like a good idea to her at first but now she tells me almost every day how well she's doing and keeping her heart rate down. Linking to the cell is fantastic and the app is great. I guess my son and I are next!

I wear my fitbit everyday. What a great invention. I check my heart rate, steps and have it hooked up to my cell phone. It keeps me motivated to exercise. The only downside is having to recharge it.

I am using Fitbit trackers for more than 2 years (including this one) an I like it. It keeps me active and encourages me to move. The only concern that I have is that I am not sure the Heart Rate monitor is correct. The other day I was giving a stress test at my Dr. Office and I saw my Heart Rate in Fitbit is not the same as the one showing in Dr.'s monitor! Generally, I am satisfy with it.

Worked as described. Very happy with the ease of set up. Very accurate and usable.
