This is the most useful product I've ever used for managing exercise and weight control. It is VERY easy to setup and use.Unlike a heart rate monitor, it is comfortable to wear around the clock. I paired it with my smartphone which made recording food eaten during a day and feedback on calories burned easy to monitor and adjust to meet my goals.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my young adult daughter. She received it , charged it and began using it right away. She states it was easy to connect to the app on her phone and that the features are easy to find, use and understand. With having some medical issues, she says it is a nice little piece of mind too.

I love my Fitbit - Charge HR! It keeps me walking whenever I check my steps. I also like the heart rate monitor, since I have heart problems. Wouldn't want to do without my Fitbit anymore. So far it has been very reliable, which I can't say for another brand I bought before.

I love that the heart rate monitor is very accurate. I wish the step could be customized to the gait of the person. It is not totally accurate on how many steps you really take. It is just an approximation on how much activity you have done in one day.

I love my Fitbit. I love being able to compete with my friends and earn badges. The charge hr is mostly comfortable and mostly accurate. My only complaint would be that if I am pushing a shopping cart my steps don't count because my arm isn't moving. I have to put the bracelet in my pocket. Other than that it counts for all other activities.

I bought this as a gift and they seem to love it, wear daily and charge it every 2-3 days before it dies. I did notice that the connection to charge it is difficult to get to and plug it. it also uses a proprietary connection. also there are no stands or docks available for it. other then that its a great product.

Bought this product for my wife. She is very active and needed to something to replace another product she had been using. She has been more than satisfied with this product. Since getting her Fitbit many of her coworkers have gotten them, and they now have little fitness competitions to keep each other motivated. Worth every penny in my book!

Love all the capablilities the Fitbit Charge HR has. It is a great tool to have, to help you achieve your fitness/weight loss goals. The bluetooth capability is also great, but does not stay connected for long. The size small/medium, is misleading and is more small than medium. Other than that, this is a great product.

Good for tracking runs and steps, but after 4 weeks stopped working for a day. Luckily I purchased the replacement plans and will be returning for a new one.

This FitBit HR is amazing. I can count my steps and miles walked or run per day. It makes me want to go for it. There are no other watches that I know of that will do what the FitBit HR will do without some chest strap or other means of taking your heart rate aside from the FitBit Surge. I find this awesome..FitBit has my vote all the way!!

Using its data has caused me to walk more and to take stairs rather than elevators or escalators. Having the heart monitor is great to get a sense how quickly my heart rate recovers after exercise, too. I hope that FitBit figures out how to add a blood pressure sensor too.

I love this gadget. Love knowing how many steps I take a day. Love looking and checking my heart rate. And keeping track of my sleep patterns. Even has an alarm to use to wake you up. I love it. Everyone needs one.

Great for pulse reading. I Zumba. The Charger thinks I am climbing stairs when I do a Zumba class, It does run a calorie burn close to what the gym stats are for the classes. Gets me walking more to reach my 10,000 step a day goal. All in all works well, sometimes I have to restart my computer to get it to sync.

This smart watch helped me by keeping me on track when I was working out. Easy to use and the app gives you information such as how much water you drink a day, sleep, calories burned, steps walked etc.

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift. So far, she loves it and it has performed well. Last year we bought Jawbone Up24's for the entire family (7) and at least 5 of them broke, fell apart or simply stopped working. My wife wanted the Charge HR for the readout display and heart rate monitor. As of now everything has worked well.

I did tons of research before choosing this Fitbit! I wasn't sure what would be best so I took the reviews from others and decided the Fitbit charge HR had most the features I was looking for in a fitness watch! I have a slight addiction to making my step goal daily and beating my friends!! If I see that someone is ahead of me in steps I get up and do jumping jacks or run my small set of stairs!! Haha! I highly recommend this watch! The only downside is the charge doesn't seem to last as long as it says, So I charge it while I sleep which is lame for tracking sleep because I can't! But overall it's the steps that matter and my heart rate! If you get this watch be ready to have a blast setting goals and challenging yourself and your friends!

i first had bought a small and it was way to small took it back got the large i had to put it on the 2nd from tightest hole they need to make a medium size but its perfect I love it it does everything that I want and helps me reach my fitness goals and best of all I can see it all on my phone. I would defiantly recommend this product!!!

Got this for an 11 year old who needed motivation to be more active. It works great but we couldn't set up a sync account with accurate info b/c of age restrictions. Instead had to set up an "adult" account which probably throws the metrics off. It has worked, over 10K steps nearly every day for the past 2 weeks.

I love my Fitbit charge HR it is tells me my steps, heart rate, sleeping quality and shows who is calling. Great investment I have had no issues with mine works great, holds a charge, seems to be very accurate
