The Charge HR keeps track of all the key parameters that are important to me, synchs with my phone and allows me to see how my friends are tracking, which is very motivating

Love the product..got the small and it was too small but the large just seems to clunky. wish there was a medium but love the activity tracker!

I purchased the fitbit hr charge in black and I love it. It keeps me aware of how much I move and helps me wake up with its built in alarm. I also enjoy the caller ID option so that I don't have to look for my phone quickly to see who is calling, instead I just look at my watch. I wear it everyday and would recommend this product if you care about your health.

Third Fitbit purchase by our family. All very impressive - this must be the market leader. Pity cover doesn't include accidental loss though! Can be easy to misplace as we found to our cost.

I love the color and serves such a great purpose helping me stay on track and get motivated. It was a little snug when I wore it higher on my wrist as directed so I exchanged it for the large.

Need a little motivation. Get a fitbit. It has helped me get fit as well as my husband. Showed him how much I cared and loved him on Valentine's. He has dropped 15 lbs. in his first month.

My wife wanted a fit bit to track her steps and sleeping. I picked this up for her and she enjoys being able to track her activity through the day. It works as expected.

I like knowing how many steps I am taking. It's a good reminder to try to get more steps each day. I am still learning the benefits of having the Fitbit to improve my health.

This is a great product. I have lost over `5 pounds since my purchase. The only drawback I have is the short battery life. I have to charge every other day instead of the 5-6 as advertised.

I had been anticipating the release of the Fitbit Charge HR for months. I had done extensive research on the technology used to track the HR, stairs and steps. What Fitbit promised in their marketing blitz for their newest product release was not realized in my case. The stair count is completely wrong. I went up and down a flight of stairs twice, charge HR counted 3. HR showed 10- 12 beats per minute higher and the step count would register 26- 29 steps between the time I picked up the band to put it on in the morning and when I got it clasped. It is a first release, I am sure subsequent releases will become more and more refined over time. For me, I just down graded to the zip and haven't looked back. It's accurate easy to use. I wanted the fancy HR and sleep tracking but it really was more trouble than it was worth for me.

The Fitbit is one of my favorite gifts I ever received. It has helped me stay motivated. Love all the easy to use features i.e. Heart rate monitor, step counter, phone app, sleep monitor.

After purchasing this item once before from another vender and returning it. I'm very happy tthat I decided to buy the fitness tracker from Best Buy it is all that I was looking for and their customer service was very helpful with setting up my tracker and answering any and all questions I had. I love being able to track my heart rate my steps and calories burn just wearing it on my wrist keep me motivated

Good looking and lightweight. Great performance and tracks the sleep as well quite accurately. Only drawback is the color is light and tend to get dirty pretty quickly.

I have really enjoyed knowing how many steps I take each day. The only draw back is the Charge HR doesn't continually show the time. I know it would drain the battery but it would be nice.

Love that I can keep track of many things - heart rate, calories in vs out. Create goals and know how far you are from achieving them. This product is a great motivator!

The heart rate monitor and sleep tracker is great. The only downside is that I have to adjust the band a few times a day because I have bony wrists and it feels awkward on my wrists sometimes.

Love Fitbit, very user-friendly. Only reason for not 5 stars is bulkiieness of bracelet to wear while sleeping. Daytime use is fine, so I just choose to not wear at night.
