Customer Ratings & Reviews

Comfortable and it does what the directions say. On the expensive side, but what isn't! Go ahead purchase one and you will like it.

For the first week I enjoyed the competitive stimulus to exercise, but now, frustrated by the battery. I have to charge every 2-3 days and unable to reset alerts for heart rate. Novel toy that will shortly be of no use due to charging during the day. (It suppose to last 5 days before recharging). Not happening.

It is great to keep yourself in track. A lot of people use it and there is a whole Fitbit community which is great.

It is a great way to track to everyday activity. I am already pretty active but this helps to keep me accountable when I feel lazy

Bought for my wife, so far she is impressed with the watch and its functions. Directions were a little vague, but its all online.

The first one we got stopped working within a couple weeks and had to be replaced. New one seems to be working great.

loving my fitbit- reminds me to be more active. staying connected with friends and family with challenges among us.

Love it. Needed a size up though. So if unsure go a size up

My daughter loves her new FitBit. Stylish and functional for tracking walking distances for and or in school, walk-a-thons, etc.

It does what it say, I just find is uncomfortable to wear, like I'm wearing a bracelet from my daughters toy box.

My wife has found this to be a great motivator for fitness. Love that it synchs easily. App is easy to understand

Replacement for lost Fitbit. Tried competing product first but not as good and caused skin irritation. Thanks for help Best Buy.

Make sure you get the right size mine fits but close to last adjustment hole.

This is a gift so I have not used the product. The process of purchasing it was smooth, as always. No complaints.

I use this thing on the daily! I never leave without it, I bought it for training, but now I just use it because I love having it!

The color is good and so is the product. The price though is too high for me to buy any more of the same product

I have really enjoyed this product. It does exactly what I need it to do. The weekly reports help me to improve my overall health.

I love my Fitbit Charge HR. The app was rough to nagivate for certain things but once i figured it out it was easy. Only big downfall is the large size was $20 cheaper than the small size which made no sense however the sales associate did a price comparison change and I got it for the price of the large.

Bought for my girlfriend she loves it goes to the gym a lot and loves the alarm built in

This device is perfect for someone looking to shed a few pounds without having to count calories and manually track your workout.
