I love my Fitbit, although I've already had problems with it not syncing. This is apparently a known issue for Charge HR and is listed in their troubleshooting forum.

I like the buckle closure on this Fitbit. It is more secure and I know I won't lose it. It syncs to my phone and is able to connect and sync with other fitness apps.

The fitbit does all it says and all i expect. Love the functionality. Keeps track of information and allows daily reviews -no complaints!

Best Buy had the best sale going on for this item, so I am pleased with the deal. This was purchased as a gift, and she loves it. It does everything, and more, that she was hoping for.

I love the thin, light weight form of the device. It does everything that the surge that except that it is a lot cheaper and isn't as bulky to sleep in and carry in all types of activities.

I was so excited to get this for Christmas but after 2 days of use, I developed a rash on the side of my wrist. Kinda bulky to wear. Wasn't comfortable under my coat.

Holds a charge for a long time, heat beat monitor is a plus, and works great to track your activity.

The only sizes available are Small and Large. Small is to small, Large is to Large. Size matters on how some functions work.

I have had a few different activity trackers. I like this one because you can see your progress right on the band. I love seeing the time and I don't have to wear a watch.

I like the Fit bit charge HR but don't like how it fits on my wrist. It also doesn't alway track steps and stairs correctly.

I bought the Fitbit Charge HR in large, the large was too big so I returned it. I then bought the same product in small, the small didn't fit correctly either. The face on the large was way too big and the face of the small was significantly smaller, kind of wish there was a medium. The band itself is uncomfortable and annoying.

It is very helpful but the sleep setting is very sensitive. I would also like to see more options for a wrist band that is not so warm to wear during the summer months.

This is a good product. I really like the caller ID. Would like to see sleep pattern on my wrist. I may not have it set up correctly. Over all this is a great buy!!!

Bought this as a gift for my Daughter and it has really encouraged her to get off the couch. She is entering challenges with friends that also have a fitbit and loves the goal setting

Got this for my wife and se loves it. Only thing we've noticed is that it will mistake inclines for stairs on occasion.

I love my Fitbit! A helpful tip though, the heart rate or Bpm will not show right away. For me it took a week but I read on forums it usually just takes a day or so!

The fitbit charge hr is everything you need in a fitness band. It syncs very well with most phones.

Very happy with purchase of this fit bit device. It accurately measures number of steps per day and gives me a real time reading of my heart rate while exercising, two functions that I was looking for in a device to help me keep track of calories burned and daily activity. I would buy the same device again without hesitation.

Great way to keep track of how active you are. Has pushed me to step my game up and be more active! Previously had a job that I was constantly on the move but my current position doesn't afford me the same opportunity :( Have encouraged my family and friends to join the Fitbit life so we can compete & all be active!
