I had a Fitbit force that was recalled a year or so ago, but didn't want to down grade to a flex. I am loving my charge hr specifically like the heart rate monitoring!

I bought this and ended up taking it back and bought the surge because I wanted the gps feature built in. I did however buy this product for my wife and she loves it.

Bought one for my wife since I liked mine. She likes it too. Not a manic bullet, but helps you think and do more with eating right and exercising.

I had the fitbit flex and it didn't have any heart monitor, plus it also had a terrible clasp. I lost it and was very disappointed. Now, I upgraded to the Fitbit HR and couldn't be more happier. The HR is great to see how hard you're working out. This is not meant to be a serious tracker, as I have a real Garmin for that, but it's fun to do this with your friends.

I got this for my GF and she so attached to her fitbit. She loves all the feature and the device has an amazing replacement warranty. It's comfortable and stylish.

We bought this a gift for our daughter. She called us right away and let us know that she was fully impressed by the Fitbit and raved on about it. We hit a homerun!

This was bought as a Christmas present and the price was right. Best Buy has competitive pricing and knowledgeable sales people. Also their web site is easy to use.

...for the casual audience. This was a gift for my wife and she's now obsessed with it. I've had one as well and was really happy with it overall.

First 2 weeks were fun and exciting and then the fit bit stopped syncing with fitbit.com with any consistency. Part of the appeal for the product is the ability to track your goals and accomplishments with the fitbit website. Manufacturer is aware of problem but has not resolved. Older versions do not have this issue. Until this is resolved I would NOT purchase again.

After 6 months this Fitbit stopped working. Having gotten spoiled by the convenience of keeping track of my personal stats, i tried to reset it on my own. Needless to say, even the Geek Squad could not figure it out so I used my replacement policy to get a new Fitbit. I am happy to have a Fitbit and glad to have the alternative of replacement when all else fails.

Sleep accuracy could be a little better and navigating through information is a little confusing, but information is there!! Just go find it! Love it!

My wife loves the fitbit charge HR so much that she feels a little anxious without it. She has been getting to 10,000 steps a day regularly and meeting her fitness goals

I love my purple Fitbit Charge HR! I use it daily to track calories burned, steps I've taken and food I've eaten. It's a great way to keep track of daily activity.

Searched everywhere for this and it was worth the wait, finally ordered one online. Also got one for a friend and mom, and we keep each other motivated and accountable.

Worked perfectly tracking steps and workouts! The HR tracker worked great too.

Love the fitbit, not only does it continue to challenge me on a daily basis, it allows me to challenge my friends daily, during the work week, and on the weekends.

I was excited to get this for my daughter for Christmas. I always read the information and comments from other purchasers before I buy any product, and I have friends that enjoy their fit bit for working out. When she wore it doing laundry just pulling the laundry out of the dryer and flicking of her wrist the fit bit show that she did 400 steps I'm not sure this is too accurate. I will have to try this out before I choose to send it back if at all.

I replaced my Jawbone fitness tracker with Fitbit Charge HR. Could not have made a better choice!!!! Can see your daily progress right on the band! Very nice feature!
