Most of the features are work well. One that we discovered was not accurate was the stairs. It seems to under count the number of stairs.

My only complaint would be directions for setup or lack thereof. I had to Google setup but once that was done my gift recipient loved it.

I bought this for my sister and she loves it It really pushes you to keep active and adding friends is a must for friendly competition! I would buy again!

Just not sure how accurate any of these products are. They record steps even when you are driving in a car. Better than nothing I guess.

The Fitbit Charge has helped me to stay on track with my fitness goals. It seamlessly syncs with my other fitness app so all my info is up to date. Love it!!!

The Fitbit Charge battery last for 5 days as advertised, the Fitbit Charge HR is advertised to last 5 days but it only lasts 2 day. Their website is loaded with others with the same complaint. Evidently after the software was upgraded this problem began to occur. Aside from this the product is really nice. I surely hope someone is working on this issue.

Helps remind me to keep moving! I also, like the sleep reports because some days I wonder why I feel tired and I can see I was very restless in my sleep.

This is my third Fitbit! I lost the first 2 because the wrist clam kept coming undone. The closing on this one is more like a watch band and more secure!

I have gone through two of the "UP" bands. I don't know why I keep having issues with them, but decided to make the switch to Fitbit. I am very glad I did!

It is helping me reach my fitness goals. The rubbery band is sometimes uncomfortable on my wrist and has caused skin irritation on and off

I have another one that I want my husband to use but can not have two on the same logins. I do enjoy mine it is an upgrade to the old one.

It was a Christmas present that I really wanted. I really like it. Not a fan of the food tracker in the app. Love how it looks and fits.

I like this product better than my UP. Just wish area around clock screen was less bulky not as comfortable wearing to bed as I hoped for sleep tracking.

Bought this for my daughter. Does everything it's supposed to. In addition, it motivates her to be more aware of what she eats and how much she exercises.

I really like my fitbit but I'm not sure that it really senses all of my movements. I feel that a lot of times I have moved much more than it actually states.

Upgraded to the fit bit hr from the standard fit bit. Works as advertised, I really like the fit bit products

Glad I purchased this fitbit. Syncs great w/ my phone. Very touchy though so I do not wear it when I'm sitting and working for it counts that as movement.

Love the HR function. The sleep tracker has come in handy.
