Purchased as a gift and found out later that the Fitbit would not charge. Fitbit customer service is excellent so knew that it would be replaced.

Nice gift and my wife loves it. Lots of nice features but her biggest complaint was there was not a manual to list functions and how to use them.

It works as advertised. I am able to track my heart rate and steps.

It's great for getting you moving. The online support is great! But get a protection plan because the physical pieces break easily.

I love the Fitbit Surge Charge, it tracks everything I need. The orange band gets dirty so you may want to choose another color.

I love the idea of the fitbit, but I find that it does not accurately track steps, stairs and hear rate. If I am swinging my arms and petting my dog, it counts that as steps. If I go up an elevator, it counts that as stairs and I could be working out really hard, not able to breath and it will show a low heart rate. It does make me more conscious of the need to move, but I am not happy about its inconsistencies.

Spent a bit more because I wanted the features of this Fitbit HR. Like the strap with the buckle and not setting the sleep timer.

I love my Fitbit HR! My only minor complaint is that it took some time to get used to wearing it, but overall, it was well worth the investment.

The fit bit HR is OK. The heart rate monitor is incorrect. A couple of times it said that I was sleeping when I was up texting and doing homework. I am working on a replacement because the charging port has already broke. However I do like that it tracks my steps so accurately, I have friends that are connected with it, and it's plum.

Bought two of these for my BFF and her daughter. Both actively use them. Can sync so you can see each other's progress. More initiative to MOVE!

I absolutely love my fitbit charge HR.....was really worried about how i would like it, but no worries now. I love seeing how many calories i burn!

Returned because small size was too small. I could exchange because the large was out of stock.

I got this as a valentine's day gift for my wife and I must say she loves it. It looks great on her wrist and seems very comfortable. Worth the buy.

Does what it needs to. I really don't see the difference in all the fitness bands but kid sister needs anything that has a small i in front of it.

I purchased the Fitbit for my wife to help her with her goal to become more fit and healthy. It has become an integral part of her fitness program.

Since getting my Fitbit charge I have been really making an effort to keep myself in better shape. I try to reach the 10000 step goal, and am more aware of how much I am working out, eating, drinking, sleeping etc. the only downside for me is that it's not waterproof and hard to see in bright sunlight. Other than that, it's great!!

This is the second one I have purchased, the first being for myself. They have held up well with one exception. The latch has come off of the band, but has been easily placed back on. I am not sure if it just one of those qc issues where it is on the low end of acceptable and clears qc, or if I am going to continue to have problems.

I had the old one that snapped on and it fell off more than once. I finally lost it. I like this one better because it stays on
