My only complaint is that it's not waterproof. Otherwise I love everything about it. It does exactly as its claimed to do.

Not the most comfortable band, but since it is meant to be worn during exercise that is understandable. The heart rate monitor is most helpful, and I enjoy how the watch knows when I'm checking the time so it turns on without my having to push any pesky buttons. Everyone needs to get one. Then all of us will make a challenge and walk all the steps.

The fitbit charge hr is fantastic! I enjoyed mine so much I ended up getting a couple for my family. Everyone loves them. The step counting is probably the best feature but I really love being able to keep track of my heartrate as well. The app is really easy to read and get use to as well. I've tried other trackers and the apps can be horrible.

It doesn't hold a charge but it's a good activity tracker.

I bought this item as a gift for my fiancé. She loves the item and all the great features it has to assist in to better, healthier life.

I am 75 and have not been very active in the past. My kids gave me the FitBit for Mother's Day. I am now walking more, even did a 15,000 steps day at Six Flags! Enjoy the Sleep app but still not helping me much to understand why I am so restless..that may come as I use it more. Thanks kids for getting this old Mom going!

I give this product a medium rating due to the lack of control I was able to have over it. I want to be able to turn the bluetooth (or wifi or any wireless connections) off on any devices that I have. I could not do it with this one. I returned it for a different brand which would allow me to do this. So, while the product was otherwise very nice, this was an important feature I just had to have.

So far so good. The flex broke after 4 months, hoping the Charge HR will last longer. Like the upgraded features on this one.

Helps me stay on track and focused on my goals. I have trouble syncing now and then, but overall I'm pleased for what it does.

I didn't want a bulky smart phone. This fit the bill nicely. It shows Caller ID, the time, and syncs perfectly with my phone and tablets.

It is great for keeping track of my fitness and health. Sometimes it makes my arm sweat from the band but other than that it is great.

Love my Fitbit. Everyone at work has one and we gets to compete on who gets the most number of steps a day. I like the sleep monitor too.

Plugged it in and it was ready to go. Had a small fit bit and this new piece picked up where the other left off. Have had no trouble with it.

I bought one for both my wife and myself and we have both enjoyed the different features available. I like looking at my sleep patterns!

Purchased two fitbit charge HR for a cousin and niece, who were counting and logging calories from a booklet. Counting steps with a device on the waist and I thought these items would greatly help them. They both enjoy their Fitbit Charge HR. I got one for myself for my birthday as well and so simple to use and read information. We love out FITBIT.

The steps category seems to be off. The ease of logging food into the computer is annoying. Works best with a Smart phone.

Still have lots to learn about Fitbit. I think it is helping with my sleep patterns.

Had one from 2011. Needed a new one, this is exactly what I need.
