Very efficient. Keeps you on track. Hmgreat vibrate alarm/reminders. Also has a incoming phone caller ID.

I really like this tool, my Doctor likes it too! I can pull up the app on my iPad and show my doctor the stats and she thinks it is amazing. It shows her everything she needs to know and helps her follow along with my health and weight loss plan. I would recommend the fitbit to everyone!

It Tracks pretty well and has lots of features and the PC software allows you to track other items manually to complete the exercise and wellness picture. However accuracy is still in question on the number of steps. Make sure you wear it on the non dominate arm. even on the non dominate arm it seems to think some action is steps and it is just arm movement. And it seems to have a lot of problems syncing with Windows 10 PC. not sure if that is windows 10, the pc or the fitbit but we have to keep disconnecting and repairing or reloading the app to make it work. Kind of a pain

This has been life changing because it holds you accountable and lets you know when you are successful.

Works as advertised - only area that is not is the length of time it holds a charge. I do not get more than 3 days from a charge but it recharges in an hour or less. Does provide me motivation to get up and move and has helped me lose 7 pounds in the short time I have been using it.

Sometimes has trouble reading my heart rate which can be annoying. But overall does what I want it to.
