    I've jumped in the pool with it and it still work. I've done high intensity workouts and it keep up with every move. The only down to it is the sleep tracker sometimes skips and doesn't track. But over all it's awesome to help aid your fitness goals.

    Decent fitness tracker with good battery life. Slightly larger than what I would hope to have but good nonetheless. The fit on my wrist is good. I wish the fitness tracker had metal wrist bands but that is my personal preference in watches / wearables.
