3rd Fitbit

After 9 months Fitbit replaced my initial one due to warranty issue - the charge port fell out. The new replacement they sent me held up a total of 7 months before the band fell apart and separated from the Fitbit. They refused to do anything about it stating it was more than 12 months from my initial purchase. For this price it should be more durable. Unfortunately I had to buy another one because we are part of a Fitbit challenge thru our work health insurance. Otherwise I would have looked for a different one. I did buy the 2 year protection from Best Buy because it is such a piece of junk.
