I am on my 2nd Fitbit & still having problems with pieces falling off.

The tracker is too thick and annoying, awkward to wear, and rubs on clothes.

I purchased my Fitbit HR quite a while back close to their release date. As did my boyfriend (he wears a large and I wear a small). The setup was a breeze and we were ticking before we knew it! My heart rate likes to jump while running so I've been keeping an eye on it, which is super helpful when it is right on your wrist! Also on the app it has a built in feature that when your heart rate reaches a certain speed it calls it "Active Minutes" so you see how much you've been active over weeks/months. If you are trying to decide between the HR and regular I'd highly suggest the HR if your goal is to lose weight. Since if you use the regular it cannot accurately tell you how many calories you are burning. Even if you are not a runner, everyone's heart rates are different and those with higher heart rates tend to burn more calories. Everyone can't be measured the same because our bodies are all different. My boyfriend's heart rate is slower than mine, if we had the same movement through a day it would show I've burned more calories since mine is faster. But don't overwork your heart while exercising! Also there are graphs on the app for tracking heart rate over time along with the usual steps! Also some fun competitive games between friends for steps! If you invest in a Fitbit Aria you can also track your weight over time as well! It pairs perfectly if you're looking to lose weight! You might call us a Fitbit Family! As far as size works, most people wear the large. I can fit in a large still comfortably but the small is the best size for me so I don't have a lot of slack. The large is perfect for my boyfriend and he did try the XL (only sold on Fitbit's site) and it was way too big. He has slightly larger wrists than most men. But I am on the third to the last notch and I have smaller than the average ladies wrist! So large fits most. If you need to try one out I'd say large first, small second! Enjoy your STEPS to a healthier you! (Pun intended)

This product is not worth the extra money at all. It rarely syncs and when it does it takes over ten minutes. You're better off just getting the Flex if you want a Fit Bit since it had no trouble syncing like the Charge HR. The display is not durable at all and was scratched up in a week.

Difficult to use on more than one device. Like... VERY DIFFICULT!

For the price, it lacks color touch screen with more functions. .

The accuracy on the Fitbits is an issue. Small and easy to use

My daughter is on her third one because we had to exchange the others. They don't hold a charge for a full day and during a gym class it wouldn't tell her her heart rate. These, we now know, are known problems for the Fitbit.

My Samsung phone does a better job of counting the steps.

The product works well but should be made to be waterproof

My 3rd Fitbit purchase and will not buy again. These products just do not last. The first two broke within warranty period and were replaced. This last one was only 1yr 3 months old and broke. All three were worn by my wife whom used it in non-aggressive manners and never got it wet with sweat and always removed before shower. I understand things don't last forever but for a little over a year use in non-abusive manners is ridiculous. In my opinion anyway. We did receive an apology from Fitbit on this most recent failure with an offer to take 25% off a new Fitbit purchase. For the monies spent already it's more economical to purchase a smart watch. It's too bad as the technology is great; it's just on a product that continually fails.

i like it but it quit in 32 days. waiting for replacement

I purchased one for me and one as a gift for someone at Chirtmas. Mine quickly within a week showed inaccuarate heart rate and inaccurate calories burned and inaccuarate stairs and steps. I took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it. The second one would never keep the correct time and would show I was burning calories when I hadn't had it on or days. It was amusing to sync it to my phone after a day of it sitting on the bathroom sink and see how many calories it registered. The one I purchased as a gift started malfunctioning after the return period was over so it was simply a waste of money.
