I had trouble synching this to my tablet. After only using it for 2 days it would not charge. Fitbit quickly sent me a replacement which worked fine.

    Very disappointed- it's going back

I have a FitBit Flex (since Aug 2015). Love it so I decided to "upgrade" to the Charge HR (end of March 2015). Thinking newer model will be even better. I LOVE the features... HR tracking, automatic sleep tracking, clock/silent alarm, and better display than the Flex. Similar great app. BUT the battery life on this tracker really STINKS. I found myself charging it daily. As a last resort before returning it, I decided to do a test to see total time between a full charge and dead battery and it lasted LESS than 48 hours! It died somewhere around hour 43. I was NOT checking it often. Yes, I did have HR tracking on "auto"; why even have a HR tracker if it has to be Off all the time to save battery? This tracker is going back! I'm so disappointed in battery life-- FitBit advertises 5 days of life but I got nowhere close to that. Might try another one to see if this is just a fluke/defective tracker. Having said all that, I purchased the ONLY Fitbit Charge HR my BestBuy had in stock and when I got it home, I noticed the package was scotch-taped closed and someone had removed the protective strip on the LED display of the tracker-- SO someone had it before me. Perhaps they had the same issue and THEY returned it. Disappointed in BEST BUY for reselling this tracker to me. Will be trying another FitBit Charge HR from another retailer -- maybe I just got a bad one that Best Buy resold instead of returning to the manufacturer.

This product does everything as advertised but is not waterproof. It sometimes takes about 15 minutes to catch up after a workout but overall is good.

I don't like, and for what you get for the price it's not worth even a penny. I read and read again and the help questions and could never get it to work or do like it said in the manual. I couldn't even get it to tell the time. It would never sync and after two days said to myself, I'm smart enough to know when I have my heart rate up, figure out if I'm exercising. It's just a fad. A waste of time. This is just my opinion, but wish I wouldn't have bought.

The color of this fitbit was suppose to be orange. The color is not close to being orange it is more of a red color and I was not happy with the product.

Fitbit is comfortable and easy to read. I'm just not sold yet that I need to track my personal stats 24-7.

I don't think it is accurate. I was in a long road trip and it said I walked 10000+steps. Clearly I did not. There is no way to calibrate my steps.

The band separated from the screen at 18 months of wear. Luckily I bought the extended warranty and I now have a Charge 2 for the same price!

Works well as a step tracker. Doesn't do anything special. Band kept tearing and eventually returned it.

Could not wear it while sleeping. Very uncomfortable which renders the sleep monitoring useless. Also, doesn't not accurately measure steps and distance.

The front screen developed a weak spot, then it was protruded out. This made it very difficult to charge. It is not a year until June,2017) :(

The heart rate tracking does not do well during exercise. It kept trying to read my heart rate constantly and when it did, it was not accurate.

Heart rate monitor not accurate at all. Over 100 BPM while sitting. Not something I would wear sleeping so no point in the sleep tracking feature.
