Best Fitbit to date

First one would not charge after approx 14 months because hard clip over battery nodes came loose. Hope this one lasts longer. Other than that, easy to charge, update, and sync to iPhone or iPad. Wish it was more water resistant for pool.

Love to use this to monitor my activity daily

I sent an email and got an immediate response, with a solution that did not fix the problem. I called Tech Support and after a long hold time reached someone who was able to assist me. He was great, patient and encouraging. When I wanted to give up he kept me going and we got the synching back on track. I love the competition I have with other Fitbit wearers.
