    I love my fitbit. I especially love how it is so easy to keep track of my calories, exercise and the amount of water I drink in a 24 hour period. Having to be accountable for those things makes you think about what you want to eat during a diet. My favorite part though is the sleep goals. I never realized what a restless sleeper I was until I wore my Fitbit to bed.
