Great watch to track steps and sleep cycle.

It has great battery and takes only about 1-2 hours to charge. The screen is very clear and you can even organize on your phone the order of the data it has taken. You can set it show calories right after the time. Plus to switch to view your stats for the day you press the side button on the left. It's also nice how it vibrates whenever you recieve a phone call.

Affordable Fitness Vitals

I also like the fact that it had a very easy setup and syncs quickly with my iPhone. Fun to challenge friends on steps per day or other goals. Handy food intake tracker as well.
