The heart rate monitor is extremely helpful in my running workouts. It keeps me informed and when to ease back on my running to bring my heart rate down.

Just exactly what I wanted!

Time, heart rate and steps are the main features I was wanting and this model delivers. Only have to recharge about every 4-5 days, so that is not a hassle and it uploads data directly to my computer or smartphone when they get close to one another. Only complaint: It is hard to read the info in the sun. Almost impossible to see the digits.

The heart rate tracker appeals to her because it helps her track what and when her anxiety triggers. She's also been more motivated to stay moving as the 10k step tracker is like a daily reward when she meets her goal.
