Love it but wish the battery lasted longer on my Fitbit

I bought the Charge HR hoping that it would be a good long lasting product. Within the first 5 months I noticed a bubble developing underneath the band below the screen.I followed all of the recommendations for cleaning and care and did not overly abuse the product either. I didn't think anything of it at first but then I noticed it got a little bit bigger with each passing week. By 6 months the band on top of the of the screen started to detach completely and within a week dirt/grime was able to enter underneath the band. Also the bubble had grown to a bigger size and moved toward the bottom of the screen. By the end of 6 months the band was coming completely off the tracker. I called their customer support and they sent me a replacement rather quickly. Once again though within 5 months I noticed the same problem developing once again. This time instead of waiting another 2 months for the fitbit to destroy itself I called their customer service once again. This time I was once again offered a replacement but I was told that my warranty was only good from the time I bought my original fitbit so even though they sent me a new (probably refurbished) fitbit it did not have a 1 year warranty and this is the last time they would replace the fitbit. So within 1 year I went through 2 fitbits and am on my third which I don't expect to last longer than 6 months now. I recommend not buying it because you will end up buying a new fitbit every year.

I read many reviews on the many diffrent fit trackers on the market. Fitbit HR has meet all my expetations. It is a great tool to keep you on track of your daily goals. I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking to take their fitness to the next level. Unit gives great information.

Bought this for my husband to keep track of his steps and he loves it!!!

I had the flex but it stopped keeping track of my steps randomly. This I've gives my heart rate,treks me what exercise I've done and how many calories i burned doing the exercise. It does exactly what I need.

Really has helped me to get more steps in my day and many other benefits that help me with my diabetes and high blood pressure. I first purchased the small size but after reading the instructions for the best reading I exchanged it for the large. There was no hassle. I was treated with smiles, humor and exellant help in all the areas I needed. Fantastic customer service.
