Nice, simple health tracker

I would give it 5 starts if it allowed more customizable alerts based upon thresholds for different metrics being tracked would be great too. Ex, have a silent alarm after X minutes of inactivity or if heart rate goes above Y for 3 readings

I used to wear a garmin vivofit but was not happy with the HR monitor for a number of reasons. I love the HR monitor on this band & ive checked it for accuracy a number of times and it's always spot on. It's kind of weird to have the band so high up on my wrist though, I wore it too tight for a little while and ended up causing a bit of nerve pain which took a while to get better. I also like the app that goes with it, it syncs easily & I like that I can add friends and participate in challenges. The only thing I would change is to make it water proof & have a clock setting that allows for seconds to be shown. Over all it's wonderful & ive even purchased one for my sister as a gift!

Does a good job of tracking daily activity

This product would really benefit from a better app particularly for sleep and the heart rate charts. Overall it gets the job done. Decent value for what it does.
