Our group of friends all have them so we challenge each other daily which keeps you from being so sedentary. The HR monitor works well and I've compared it to my chest strap monitor when working out.

Easy to use, a great upgrade!

I debated whether I was going to stay with a FitBit or use a different brand. I ultimately ended up going with the Charge HR, it had everything i was looking for an I love that I can challenge my friends. Having a screen where I can see my exact number of steps is a huge plus!!

Helps a tremendous amount

I bought it for my wife which helped me decide to get one for myself. It can link to certain apps like sparkpeople to better your tracking to a good healthy life.

Good tracking device but iffy on the accuracy

If you are very active and do high intensity workouts you will notice that the band can't keep up very well and will lowball your HR. This definitely does the job of being an activity monitor though and I would recommend it!

It stays charged at least 4 to 5 days. Excellent for tracking miles ,steps ,stairs ,heartbeat and sleeping patterns. Excellent product for the price.
