Great motivator and activity tracker.

Fitbit support claims it goes by atmospheric pressure. All other features work great. Purchased one for my spouse and that one seems super sensitive racking up steps and floors inaccurately scoring more badges than actually earned.

Useful aide in maintaing good physical condition

Instructions would benefit from a re-write. Also should consider many senior citizens are not as computer savvy as the younger population.

It gives you a good idea of what your heartrate is and trends it for you. It serves the purpose of helping you determine how active or inactive you are.
