The user fiendly app is great and syncs with my aria weight scale to get daily progress. That includes weight, sleep, steps, hr, calories burned, and has a silent alarm (it vibrates at a set time managed in the phone app). Although sometimes it seems that calories are a bit exaggeted, but is the most you can get at the moment.

I love my Fitbit it's easy to understand and use. Love the fact that it tracks your sleep and heart rate. The app is a added plus when using your Fitbit!

ON of the best wearable fitness tools

I returned the iFit band - buff said. This does everything I need, plus its comfortable to wear and I like the simple, sturdy clasp, versus the crazy clasp on the iFit band. Only negative - I'm not too sure of the accuracy of the heart rate monitor.
