Good way to start tracking fitness

The Fitbit has a good app, is consistent, has a decent battery life, and I like the additional touch with the text and call notifications.

I have been working on and achieving my personal goals every day. I never guessed that this product would have helped changed my lifestyle for the better so quickly. Lovin my new toy

Not only am I am to track my steps, but I can also monitor my sleep patterns. Still waiting on my first challenge.

Would recommend buying extra charge cord to keep at work. Love wearing at night to track my sleep as well as all day to track my steps.
