Great way to track exercise and sleep patterns

I can track my daily exercise, heart rate and sleep patterns and get a weekly report on my progress. Great way to monitor getting in shape and monitoring whether or not you're meeting your goals.

Reliable Fitbit product

For real fitness enthusiasts, Fitbit doesn't seem to be the most accurate product. I bought them for me and my kids to compare and encourage so it has worked well. The strap is very secure and I have had no problems with battery life or synching.

My son tried to beat his step count everyday

Also runs the bases and times it and tries to beat the time every time around. My son's activity level is much higher.

Great fitness tracker for any level

I love the heart rate monitor it makes you push yourself more during your workouts. Wearing it everyday and using the Fitbit application forces you to walk more to hit your goals and even encourages other healthy behaviors like drinking the proper amount of water. I've had other Fitbits in the past this is by far my favorite Fitbit. Great fitness tracker doesn't level. Wearing on the wrist isn't always as accurate as other fitness trackers as it has to compensate for regular everyday hand movements but it's much easier while walking or running to look at your wrist then look down at your belt or bra to see the screen. Plus the clip wears after a while. Battery is ok mine lasts about 3 days before it needs to charge.
