Useful aide in maintaing good physical condition

Instructions would benefit from a re-write. Also should consider many senior citizens are not as computer savvy as the younger population.

Would recommend buying extra charge cord to keep at work. Love wearing at night to track my sleep as well as all day to track my steps.

Lovin my new toy

Not only am I am to track my steps, but I can also monitor my sleep patterns. Still waiting on my first challenge.

Good way to start tracking fitness

The Fitbit has a good app, is consistent, has a decent battery life, and I like the additional touch with the text and call notifications.

It is almost exactly as expected
