It's the best by far out there. The HR monitor is accurate. The only issue I have is with the band coming apart from the monitor. I have only had it for two months. Fitbit needs to do something with the finishing touches.

Great Purchase. Easy to set up and easy to use. I bought one for my 10 year old daughter and liked it so much I went back and purchased one for myself. Priced right. Great accurate information.

This is a great fitness band ... Had the Fitbit 1, but l lost it on the golf course. Like this one better ... Easier to check, like the heart rate monitor, don't have to worry about losing it.

I got this watch after I got myself the fitbit without the HR tracker. My mom has a pacemaker put in and needs to monitor her HR so I got her this to help her out. It worked so well! When her HR would go too fast or slow it would vibrate and she would sit down or relax to fix it. She loves the functions of it and says its comfy to wear all times of the day. The straps also go on much nicer than the original fitbit so it doesn't come off and you lose it.

The fitbit HR has been a great addition to my active lifestyle. I would recommend you wear the device on your non-dominant wrist for the best results! Also, when you are ready to recharge your device, wipe it down with a little cotton swab of rubbing alcohol, let it dry, then plug it in to the charging port.

I have owned two of these now, first one was a black band and held up pretty good but plastic piece that holds charger in and the side button on, broke loose and fell off. The second one was blue, the rubber band started separating from the unit and had air bubbles between the band and the unit, the band started stretching so I trimmed it down and reglued it but it didn’t stay together for very long. The charge hr was pretty accurate, just the band didn’t hold up on the one and the plastic piece that keeps the charger connected didn’t hold up on the other.

I've waited a while for the price to go down before finally purchasing one of these watches that included the heart rate ability and this one had a decent price and ideal ratings, so I took the chance. At first, the battery life seemed like it would be bad (lasted only 2-3 days), but I've since learned to modify the settings to show only what I needed and it greatly improved the battery life (4-5 days depending on usage and the weather, heat seems to decrease the life). Only downfall is that we're advised not to wear it in the shower so that is slightly inconvenient for me; otherwise great watch for the price.

I love my new fitbit. However, there is very little instructional information available and I am not sure I am using it correctly. Looks like I will have to schedule a time with the geek squad to learn how to use it properly. That is the only down side I see right now, as I prefer to read and learn on my own.

This is my second fitbit, had the Force for almost 2 years before it finally died on me. I purchased the HR because I wanted the display and the Heart Rate monitor feature. Slightly disappointed with this feature. It works well when I'm running/jogging. However when I'm working out with weights, push ups or anything that me on the ground (think P90x) the heart rate feature doesn't work well. I'll be completely out of breath and exhausted and the Fitbit shows my heart rate is 80 when I know its well over 130+. All the other features work well and I love the product, just a little disappointed of the HR feature.

This is a great fitness tracker. It lives up to all expectations and has a long battery life (five days) and a short charge. Tracking my runs seem to be a little shorter than I originally mapped out, but I use a supported running app that seems to help with that issue. All in all, this is a fantastic purchase.

I have the Fitbit flex and decided to upgrade to HR. The strap broke and the select button on the side fell off. I have not been rough with this. Only three months old and having issues. Fitbit support has been hard to use. Still waiting to see if they are going to fix it. Doesn't seem to be a way to pay to get it fixed. Buy the warenty. Fitbit support is useless. Don't get me wrong I like what it does. Works with my iPhone 6 well and integrates with my apps well. The craftsmanship of the product is cheap. I also have to switch wrist as the strap causes me to break out and drys out my skin. Did not have this issue with the flex.

I've tried a couple other devices prior to settling on getting a Fitbit. I also consulted with other users of different brands on the whole idea of using a watch as a fitness tracker. Upon initial usage, I found it very accurate of keeping track of my caloric intake along with my sleep schedule. After seceral weeks of usage, I am overall happy with my purchase, and I am still on track with reaching my fitness goals. The only reason this item did not receive five stars is that it is slightly off with the caloric intake and step counter, but it is expected, and the margin of error is very small in my opinion.

I bought this item to track my sleep cycle and help motivate me to walk more. So far it has told me how lazy I am, but I do like that I can challenge my friends who also have a fitbit. The only issue that I have had was 2 days ago it wouldn't turn on even after putting it on the charger for a few hours. It did turn back on half way through the day and has been fine every since. I've only had it for 2 months when this happened, but to be fair, I only take it off to shower. I have a pretty rough job so there are scratches on the little screen. I would prefer if they were a bit more rugged for the wear and tear.

Love the fitbit but checkout process was unbelievably long and tedious. Ordered online to be able to simply "go in store and pickup", yet in the end I would have spent less than half the time I waited if I had simply gone to the store and purchased....Will not ever order online to pick up from store again...

Got this for my wife and she loved it. it fits her perfect even though the store clerk didn't want to take it out of the box so I can measured it. I got the small size and had to return to the store to change it for the large one. She likes the life of the battery (5 days). It doesn't bother her when sleeping.

I Love the FitBit HR. I can track my activity, sleep, and heart rate changes (to tell my doctor) and see how well I am doing or not doing. There are challenges in the app and you cna invite your friends to stay motivated. Charge lasts about 5 days and only takes ~2hours to re-charge then it is back to being active.

Bought this for my mother-in-law for a gift. She enjoys working out and keeping up with her health so I thought this was a perfect fit for her. She enjoyed receiving it for a gift. I can't give any specifics since I do not own and use it. This is the reason I gave it 4 stars.

The Fitbit HR adds heart rate monitoring to an already excellent product. I would have given this five stars but sometimes it doesn't monitor the heart rate correctly when exercising heavily. Overall a very nice product however. The associated App provides a lot of good information.
