It is a very useful item. I view my results periodically all day. I am encouraged to obtain milestones on my exercise. I am monitoring my progress an a day to day basis and weekly as well. I have been recommending this item to all my friends. We compare our results etc.

I really liked the idea of HR monitoring on my wrist(as best as can be expected.) However, my only issue is that it is huge on my wrist. Other brands seem to do the same thing, but appear to be smaller. Might take that into consideration next purchase. Love the app!

My wife and I purchased this for her after I've had a Fitbit for over a year now. She wanted an activity tracker but not necessarily a GPS. She tried the Vivofit 2 and didn't care for it much. The Fitbit works great with its automatic activity sensor and the bonus of silent alarm and call alert.

This Fitbit is easy to use and understand. Tracks accurately and helped me stay accountable as I began an exercise program and lost 40 pounds. Highly recommended

I was trying to decided between the HR and the regular charge. I'm glad I spent the extra $20 to get the HR. It's comfortable and accurate since it uses the heart rate to make sure your actually walking when it counts your steps. I love the Fitbit app and being able to have challenges with friends!

Been using this Fitbit for about a month now. Comfortable and easy to use. Has been accurate. The only complaint is the strap that holds the band down has a piece on it that makes it hard to feed the band thru.

I purchased this for my daughter as a Christmas present. She is an athlete and she loves it. She and her teammates are always challenging each other. I am thinking of purchasing one for myself now. It does everything she needs as an athlete and she loves the fact that it sinks with her iPhone.

I owned the Force previously and loved that but returned it when it was recalled. I waited for the Charge HR and have now had it for 3 days and I love it! The step counter is much more accurate than previous versions and the watch-like band makes it feel much more secure on my arm. Well worth the money!

I bought the Fit Bit for someone I didn't think would be too interested in it, but he loved it. A great toy for any guy. He likes the competition for himself and with friends and gets a kick out of the badges he earns. It continues to be entertaining and mentioned in most of our conversations.

The Fitbit Charge HR does everything that the specs say it will do, BUT it mine has problems with the accuracy of the tracking utility within the Fitbit App (a major feature). The stair and step counters lack consistent accuracy. This is a distraction. Finally, Fitbit Connect will not download to my Windows 10 computer. On the positive side, the tool is useful and fun to use. Fitbit techs are working on the problems mentioned , and cistomer support is responsive. I am willing to give them time. My device's problems are distractions that I can live with. The Fitbit Charge HR is fun to use and has been been a helpful asset in my fitness and weight control programs. I will recommend it with full disclosure of its current shortcomings.

Very user friendly. Seems to be accurate in the data it collects. I'm not an exercise person, but it helps to know how much walking I do in a typical day. Also like the sleep feature.

I bought this for my husband and he likes the ease of getting the information. He is not a techie person and if this was difficult to get the information he would be completely frustrated and not use it. We compare our daily log and try to compete with each other. It is fun to have and use.

I bought this fitbit for my 80 year old dad who kept loosing the smaller one that goes in the pocket. We have the fitbit set up to our computer so we can see how he is dioing on his walks and everyday fitness. This fitbit works great and and dad like wearing it.

I give the Fitbit Charge HR a rating of 3 stars because when I purchased it, it has never had the correct time, and trying to set the correct time is extremely difficult at best. I tried to look up instructions to do it, but I fount that to be difficult also. I then went back to your store to see if I could get some help, but no one in that department could assist me. All in all, l like the product, but I do not like fact that I did not receive any operational instructions with my purchase, and also do not like fact that I was unable to get assistance from anyone at the store.

The Fitbit Charge HR is a great product coupled with the app. It's all around amazing, though it does have its slight downfall. I've found during my activities I've fairly easily scratched the display. If only it were easy enough to buy spare bands and screens.

With Just having this tracker for a few days I already feel it has motivated me to keep moving. Even when I'm asleep it helps to tell me why I'm so tired some mornings by monitoring your movement throughout the night. Looking forward to getting new badges and joining new groups!
