This purchase was a replacement for a defective fit bit that was only 8 months old. I always buy the extended warranty - for this very reason. Hopefully this one will last longer than 8 months.

This is a really helpful fitness tracker. I also like the sleep pattern tracking and ability to track my calories as well as water intake. Very intuitive and easy to use.

I bought this Fitbit due to the style and functions. I like what it has to offer and it motivates me to get my steps in and exercise. The only downfall is the syncing doesn't always work right away. I would also like to be able to attach something to it to dress it up a bit but these sleeves are not readily available, except online. The Charge 2 style does not have the ability to add these sleeves due to the new design, but it is waterproof where the regular Charge is water-resistant. Once this one dies, I plan on getting the waterproof design.

I had a Fitbit device that clipped on and I kept washing it and had to replace several times. I purchased the one to wear on my wrist and I love it. So easy to use and comfortable to wear. Syncs immediately and the phone app makes tracking everything very easy. Love love love it

I'm not entirely sure of the accuracy but it is definitely a motivator to make you move more. Although I did walk 3.5 miles on the treadmilll and it only gave me credit for 2.5 miles. Regardless I'm figuring it out and I love competing against friends in the daily challenges.

This product works as advertised. I upgraded from fitbit flex. I was skeptical it would offer me much more than my flex had. But when my flex stopped working (a couple years of solid use) I gave this one a try. Surprisingly, I like the HR function more than I thought I would. Get it.

Very easy to connect with my iPhone, and so lightweight that I can't feel anything while I'm jogging. It can track my runs, heart beat, and calories burned, excellent!

His is my 4th fitness band. I've had two Jawbone, two Garmin and now the Fitbit. This is the best step tracker of the bunch but battery is not good, more bulky than the others and the sleep is not as accurate as the jawbone. Additionally, Fitbit now has you return directly to them, you cannot take back to Best Buy due to too many returns. With the insurance coating 15% of the band it did not make sense to buy the insurance. These are made for the casual fitness person, they are not made of heavy users or those in construction, they simply cannot take a pondiing.

It does what it's supposed to do but I've had to replace twice. No negligence at all. Once, it just stopped completely working. 2nd time it wouldn't sync anymore. I hope this 3rd one stays alive.

Works well. All the challenges with friends etc...will really drive you to keep at it. Did find that the Run tracker was a little slow on the pace so not sure if the GPS is perfect with the app. So I use mapmyfitness app and it syncs right up to it just fine. I recommend it.

We bought this one for my husband after he got me one for Christmas. I can't wait to see how our health improves over the next year as we make ourselves more active. The fitbit is great, the app is awesome how you can compare yourselves with friends and encourage each other.

Bought this for my husband. He's always running around, walking dog, helping at church, etc. I'm sure he is doing 3 or 4 miles a day at least. Plus logging your water intake is a definite plus. It is a great motivator.

Great product. Was looking for something to help me. Knit or my fitness and simply stated...AWESOME! Does everything I need and the compatibility with the FitBit App on my iPhone is awesome. Definitely a must buy for people looking to leave an active,healthy, and fun lifestyle.

Works as expected, battery life is decent and the call notification feature is nice. Price is comparable to other brands in that segment. Quality seems better than the Jawbone I had (where parts fell off more than once and required a full exchange).

Has had to reset a couple of times in the first three weeks. Steps and flights are not even close or consistent. It is a fun tool to check heart rate and sleep, but doesn't do what I thought it would.

Great fitness tracker. Has all the options I need. It's easy to sync for tracking purposes. It's accurate and easy to use.

My wife loves this Fitbit hr and the app that supports it. It helps her track what's important to her. Other people she works with don't have the hr but love theirs too. We got the hr for the watch style buckle on it so there wouldn't be a risk of it coming off accidentally.

There were a lot of mixed reviews about this product. I found it incredibly easy to set up and very comfortable to wear. When I saw how few steps I was taking in a day, (desk job), it made me get up and move more. Of course it's not a medical device but it did motivate me.

Bought his for my wife who needed a quick way to track her steps and heart rate. Works great. She loves the style, design and easy of use. Holds a charge and battery life is longer than other brands we have tried.
