Wish it was fully waterproof so I could swim with it instead of just water resistant but a great product. Looks great, it's easy to use, and works just like it should

I love the color initially more than anything. Not much of a fitness person, but as I began to use it and monitor my habits, I am falling in love with this device more and more. The water/sweat proof part is amazing, i can run and wash hands and not worry about it not working

Does not seem to accurately log sleep--some days OK, other days misses a couple of hours. Using mainly to track active minutes, so that has been helpful

The unit functioned fantastically once we got the thing working and all options up and running. A short what this thing does and how to initiate would eliminate the search and peck we went through. We had 2 so between the 2 people we were able to figure most functions out

It gives useful information with the basics; steps, distance, heartrate, time and stairs. I was amazed it could identify activities as cycling and the time active.

The product tracks all things important to me as well as additional perks like caller ID. I feel the HR version is better do to the clasp. Had the Charge before this and lost it because clasp did not secure well

I love my Fitbit Charge. It helps to keep me on pace and reach my goals. I love that it is also a watch and tracks my heart rate without a wire like other products.

I have been using my FitBit HR for more than 1 month now- working great so far. Only 1 complaint- the battery in the device needs to be charged every 4-5 days if you use the device continually.

Provides an adequate step approximation and HR monitor. Sleep monitor is somewhat less accurate, but nevertheless useful. Can be uncomfortable to wear especially after long periods of time. Pairs nicely with the Fitbit Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale.

HR tracking consistently high, steps low

I am 100% dependent on a cardiac pacemaker so my resting heart rate is known. The Charge HR says it is anywhere between 84 to 105 bpm which is ridiculous. However, I think I can use the HR function to monitor HR during exercise once I get an idea if it is consistently wrong. i.e. if I know a reading of 150 during exercise really means 120-130, that is all I need to know. It doesn't track stairs at all. I am up and down stairs all day and the EOD tracking says 1 or 0 flights climbed. The pedometer counts low, probably due to my unusual gait (I use a cane or trekking sticks). I can use the qualitative data from the tracker, but for me the quantitative data is unreliable.

I purchased the Fitbit HR as a way to compete with my wife, lol, I mean to help keep each other motivated. I have the Galaxy S5 and use the step tracker on it but since I don't always carry my phone I was missing steps and with the Fitbit HR I get a more accurate count since it is always on my wrist. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the battery doesn't last quite as long as claimed and recently has skipped a couple days of tracking for some unknown reason. (yes, the battery was charged). Other than that I think it is a pretty cool device.

I chose the Fitbit Charge HR because of the features. I've been fighting HBP for years and needed something to help regulate my blood pressure. The Charge HR is comfortable to wear you hardly notice it's on. No notable issues that stand out.

Having the Fitbit connection to friends gives a drive to compete and remain active. Some issues with the charging system as the contacts seem to be very sensitive which requires the connection to be adjusted and laid in a certain way to charge.

I replaced my old Fitbit Force with the new Fitbit Charge HR and I love the newer style band and features! The old band would get caught on things and fall off easily but the new band has a more secure and can be adjusted to fit better. The heart rate sensor works very well.
