The tracker did a great job counting my steps and the heart rate monitor seemed spot on. I just I could go longer between charges.

I purchased this fitbit to replace my black hr charge. I really enjoy workweek hustle challenges and tracking my activity. I was disappointed with the final result of the Fitbit blaze so i purchased another hr charge. The battery life on the charge will get bad the longer you have it, but it will still be decent. I feel like fitbit needs to evolve their watches/ bands to look more sturdy, not as cheap looking as the Blaze came out to look. I wish they would develop a watch that would last like a g shock watch or apple watch.

The charge hr is good for the person who wants to keep up with their daily activities...I use it more for the step counter. I've noticed the sleep recorder doesn't get it right all the time. I wish it had a way to get temperature and weight

Fitbit makes a quality product, the only downside is the rubber surrounding the watch. Gets damaged easily and needs replaced after awhile. Fitbit so far has great customer service and has replaced 2 so far. just hope they keep that up.

My son loves this- he keeps track of his steps and his heart rate during his activities. Makes him aware when he is not active enough.

I bought it as a gift for my dad and I was just concerned that it had a HR monitor, well it was so much more!! He was psyched! ! He couldn't stop telling everyone what it could do. He was so happy with it and trust me, he is hard to please. He is a happy camper!!!

Great gift for someone difficult to shop for. My dad doesn't have a smartphone but has an iPad this was perfect for him because it syncs with the iPad. Comfortable fit. Looks as though it could wear out a replaceable band would be nice.

Overall it's a great product. I would prefer it being waterproof like my old Garmin Visosmart and have a bigger display for easy reading. Still, no real complaints. It's a good product.

The device itself seems to be a good product. However, the band doesn't provide enough flex to it for smaller wrists. I hope that Fitbit will come out with an improved band for comfort.

My daughter loves it. Synced flawlessly with iPhone and haven't had any issues. It may miscount the steps from time to time due to my daughter waving her arms about while she is not moving but hey that's kids for ya!.......for an adult I'm sure its more accurate!

I love the app on my android device. Makes it very easy to keep track of my goals whIle away from the computer. The challenges are a lot of fun if you have a few friends with a Fitbit as well. Having all this information makes accountability a whole lot easier. LOVE IT

My husband has had issues with it staying charged. He loves that it fits like a watch since he is a bigger man but has also had issues with it syncing with his phone and his laptop. I had the same issue with my FitBit and told him about rebooting it and making sure it is securely attached to the cord upon charging. I would recommend the product for purchase but it has some little quirks that can be bothersome if you are not patient.

The HR does a good job of logging my activities, however it does record typing style hand movements as 'steps"; otherwise doe a fine job. I did have a hard time logging on to the "Dashboard" as it would take me to the "Home Page" instead, however I stumbled onto a log-on in order to connect. Fit-Bit has done an outstanding job of supporting the HR and I think it is a good value. I would like to recommend Best Buy with 5 stars for their support and price matching. I would certainly return there for my needs that they service.

First Fitbit in line up with a real style watch band . My wife lost 2 Fitbit flex because of the band and the weak clasp system even with o-rings on them. This closes like a real watch band. She really likes this one and Best Buy had a great price at Christmas.

I picked this Fitbit because I wanted to monitor my heart rate while exercising. It works great. The app is also nice to have to do setup and monitoring and seeing how you are doing compared to your friends. I got a blue one and three weeks later they came out with pink which I would have preferred to have. I would have waited if I had known. It would be nice if they sent out notices early. As I did research to determine which Fitbit to buy and I did see that the Alta and watch were coming out but I was not interested in either of those. Color notifications would be nice as well.

The only reason I got turned on to this FitBit thing was because my sisters were doing it. Until then, I never knew I needed a watch-like thingy to keep track of my overall well-being. I do not wear it to bed, but I do wear it when traveling to/from work and working out. I've read a lot of reviews saying how inaccurate it has been, but it has been the opposite for me thus far. There are a lot of other features this thing can perform that I'm not interested in monitoring, so I guess that makes it more than worth having.

My husband is very active and wanted this watch to keep track of his heart rate and calories..etc. He literally hasn't taken it off since he received it except for when he showers! Awesome watch and now I am going to buy one because he raves about it so much! =)
