I purchased this after looking at so many options. I think it will be great for a beginner and that I will "grow" into the other options. The manual or what onc would call a manual is lacking. Going online is necessary to set up the watch especially if one is older. I am looking forward to enjoying this sports watch and learning about the advanced options. I could had purchased elsewhere; but I would not have those helpful Best Buy capable young people to help me...plus I can drop by anytime to ask a question without having to search through a manual.

I love the Charge HR. I actually went back to upgrade to the surge & quickly returned it. The Charge HR is the perfect size for women. Love the sleep tracker, watch closure & the Fitbit app. Got my hubby one too & now we are challenging each other daily!

I have had it on since I brought it home. Have checked it against the equipment in the gym and they matched up. No irritation of the skin and is thin enough to not be annoying on the wrist. I get about 3 days battery life.

After reading several reviews for different products, I finally decided to purchase the Fitbit Charge HR. The design makes it very comfortable and easy to wear. It cleans easy and can get wet without worrying that it will get damaged. The step counter is pretty accurate and the heart rate is a nice tool while working out. I've thouroughly enjoyed the caller ID as I'm know to walk away from my phone and it shows who is calling from a few rooms away. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a Fitbit.

The fitbit has definitely met my expectations. It syncs easily, charges extremely fast, and has added features i did not know it had prior to purchase (i.e. - alarm). I received it before our recent trip and it made the time zone change seamlessly.

I love it. I was leery of getting something that went around my wrist as I haven't worn a watch in years, but I rarely notice it is there. My only complaint is that it doesn't track stair climbing very well. Sometimes it gets it, sometimes it doesn't.

Wrist band keeps secure unlike the lesser model that fell off and was lost. I like the auto feature that displays the time when I raise up my wrist. Seems a little overpriced. I like the motivation it gives to be more active

In a word, awesome! Not to big but lots of features. Love the HP feature. Other than you're not supposed to shower with it, which is a bit of a pain and the online users manual sucks and that's being generous, its a great value.

Seems that heart rate readings in the 60 beats per minute are accurate, but above that are not accurate. I have compared it to another wearable device and to manual counting the beats. This inaccuracy is a little disturbing..

The only reason for 4 stars is the auto sleep tracker. It doesn't seem to be accurate and sometimes shows me awake for 1-2 hours at night which I know isn't happening.

So originally I had the Charge and I did well with it... I stayed motivated to accomplishing my minimum steps daily and all was well. I decided to take it up a notch and have a more accurate calorie count based off of the heart rate that is included with the Charge HR. I absolutely love it! A few more dollars made me feel like I had access to things I didn't have before. I will say though, make sure to purchase the Best Buy protection plan. The ease of exchanging products is extremely simple. I haven't had to exchange this model but I did with the Charge.

Bought this for my daughter to replace an older model fitbit, because this has more features. After several months she is very happy with both the fit and the functionality. All features work without problems and she is enjoying it without any issues.

Love the heartrate monitor. Does pretty good with the step tracking. Nothing is going to be completely accurate. Sleep monitoring is also super cool

This is a good way to keep track of your physical life.I bought this product and after 14 days It started having problems,however within a few days I was sent a new one by the manufacturer.Hopefully it doesn't happen again.Other than that I like it.

I tend to sweat a lot when I workout so I usually workout naked! It's OK to do this at home, but not so much at the gym. They tend to have me refer to their policy for "proper gym attire", but anyway I'm glad the fitbit Hr is sweat proof. Thanks

I think it does a great job of monitoring my sleep as well as my activities it seems to be well crafted and it holds up a lot better than the regular fit bit did, the strap on that one kept breaking on me every six months. This strap is much dirtier

Numbers are small. Have to cycle through everything. band is uncomfortable. It does give me the time and information on my sleep.

Great for tracking physical activity and sleep. The little charging cord is very easy to lose. I haven't been able to use it for the last two weeks because I lost the cord.

Great product, I like how it tells me how much I slept and if I need to sleep more or not. I like how easy and simply everything is, even the app.

its been good and when you use their website, its pretty good. its supposed to show you incoming calls and it did for awhile and has not since. im not exactly sure on what needs to be done but it has good battery life
