Great in helping me keep track of steps, sleep and calories. I am following Nutri system and the fitbit works well with the Nutri system app.

I like this fitbit, but when they changed over to a watch style buckle they should have added a little bit more length to the band. It's almost too small and I have a 7" wrist. Does everything it's supposed to, though!

Comfortable to wear, gps tracker not 100% accurate, but the FBit HR app syncs well with other gps apps such as Map my Run/Walk. Overall very happy with purchase.

The information provided by the Charge HR is exactly what I wanted. My only complaint is that the battery seems to drain quickly. I recommend that anyone who gets the Charge HR, or any other Fitbit Product, check their sync settings as I found that it increased my battery life by maybe a few hours, conservatively. Also, I would turn off the auto on function, where it senses you looking at your wrist like a watch. It was not only annoying but may be a bit of a drain on your battery.

This is my first fitness tracker and I chose Fitbit because I've heard of the brand's quality before. So far I can't complaint. Its readings seem accurate, battery lasts over a day and its comfortable to keep on my wrist around the clock.

the only reason i didn't give this item a higher rating was because the product failed within a few weeks of use. but the good news is that fitbit has probably got the best customer service i have ever witnessed!

The large wristband is big enough for people with larger wrist. I've had the regular charge, and the large band was tighter then the one provided on charge hr. You would think with it being the same company the bands would fit the same.

This Fitbit suits for anyone who at least walks a good portion of the day. I'm a Special Ed teacher and it is crazy to see how handy it has been to not only see my daily steps but calorie count and how much sleep I get. The Fitbit even catches how much and what type of excercise you did, automatically. Even if you do not have a very active job or hobby, I still believe everyone should have one if they are just wanting to keep track or place goals. The app itself even helps you create goals, too. Try it out!

    Overpriced Pedometer

This product it nice to see your stats and it helps to hold you accountable but it really is pretty much an overpriced pedometer. Still not horrible but I would not get the Charge HR again. Heart rate doesn't work worth beans once working out starts. You are better off just going with the Charge. Skip the HR function. Waste of money.

I like that I don't have to remember the amount of time spent exercising and a great side benefit that I was totally unaware of is that Fitbit syncs with the Weight Watchers program eliminating guess work about my exercise commitment.

Good tracking apps, but causes a rash

The online fitbit tracking software and the android software I've used to track calories burnt, distance walked, etc. works great and the heart rate measurements are quick and accurate. My only complaint is that after wearing it for an entire day, I get a dry, itchy rash. I searched online and apparently a large % of the population is at least slightly allergic to the nickel they use on the tracking surface. They reduced the amount used in this version, but there's still enough to make a noticable mark after wearing it all day (which sucks because I really want to wear it to bed so I can track my sleep).

The Fitbit family of products have a major issue, they do not sync with iPhone health. You can purchase a third party solution, but after paying $150 for this it should just work. I purchased the sync app, and then found it does not support heart rate monitoring. The only reason I purchased this version. Fix these issues and it would be a great tool.

Having trouble with syncing. The time gets off if the device loses charge and then I had to remove from my I-phone and re-pair to get it to sync and fix the time.

Too early to make a review. I am on my second Fitbit Charge in less than one year which is not good. My hopes are that the Fitbit HR lasts longer than the Charge.

i did not think it was important to really know all the stats that a fitbit has to offer, but i was sadly mistaken! the pedometer is a nice feature however it is the heart rate and sleep stats that are exceptionally invaluable. i can watch out for my pre-hypertension with the hr monitor and really see how much (or not) i am sleeping. the silent alarms are also helpful to remind of goals and priorities around fitness, even when "time" does not seem to allow. totally worth the investment--get the upgrade to have the hr tracked!
