my wife likes the plum color. The width is perfect. We wish that somewhere, someone would explain how the steps relates to miles. I noticed when we stand still, but move our arms, there are steps recorded.

I got this model because of the sleep and heart rate tracking. Those features really help me keep track of my health.

This is my second fitbit. Decided on the charge partly for the heart rate monitoring and the buckle on the band. Very pleased with it. Syncs with both the app and PC very easily. Application interface is intuitive and easy to use.

I invested myself in this brand a couple of years ago, and it was a great choice. I have had three different FitBit trackers, each one I stopped using solely so I could upgrade to the next best. I have had a couple of minor manufacturing flaws, but each time, FitBit gladly (and quickly!) gave me a replacement for free. Going from the Charge to Charge-HR was a good decision, but the only downside is that the battery life of the HR is only about 2-4 days, rather than 5-7.

Good Health Tracker, accurate on steps. Like monitor heart beat and see clock. If you have iPhone, does not comply with health tracker. Need to sync manually through another app. Feature I don't like and people with iPhone, not fun to do. Tracking sleep is not accurate. So depend on what you are using for daily, not fully recommended. For fitness activities, I would definitely recommend.

Does the job. Tells time, counts steps and stairs climbed, tracks calories burned, and gives an accurate heart rate.

I bought 2 of these. One of them works inconsistently and I had to return it 2 times. Fortunately I purchased a warranty for it. The other Fitbit has worked well.

great hardware; comfortable to wear and nice on-board user interface. Software could use a little tweaking, especially on the browser side. Overall, would recommend to anyone wanting feedback wrt daily movement

Great product! Loved the convenience and the buzzing at 10K steps. However, it's cheaply made and after 6 months the bands disintegrated rendering it useless.

The band is not interchangeable like the cheaper versions and stretches. you can't change colors or if something happens to the band you lose the whole tracker.

I have just got to setting Fitbit up after holidays.I set up on my Mac first to get use to it. So far the setup experience has been very user friendly. Excited about using all the benefits that it offers!

i rate this item from fair to good because the battery life is very very short. it only lasts me about 2 days. but I would still recommend this item to friends.

I lost my last Fitbit leaving the gym. The wristband was as secure as my new one. The secure watch like wristband makes this a great buy but I also like the other features too

It's amazing how much info it collects. It is really helpful in how I live my life. I now know where I need to improve and change. Are you thinking of replaceable straps because I am going to use it hard.

Just got it as Christmas present so not sure of all the bells and whistles but so far so good ... it has been working good on the part I know how to operate.

Still new to the wearing on the device. But very happy with the product and the information that the device provides.

After my husband went through five jawbones, it was time to come into the light. I have one just like it. It's not as sleek and professional like the jawbone for business wear. But I purchased a FITnessBITsy band to cover it on etsy.

Gave as gift to my mother who walks and exercises daily. she loves it and so does everyone else I know who has one. Only negative was its difficult to know correct size when ordering online. But easy to exchange in store when wrong.

There are many features on this watch. I like the HR monitor, steps taken, and sleep monitor the most. I also like how I can compete with other Fitbit users.
