I like all the features of the HR. Most of my family have Fitbits and we all are competing with one another and staying fit at the same time. The only con for me is the floors climbed is never accurate.

I waited a while to review this, as I wondered if the novelty would wear off. To some extent is has, and I don't check it as often as I previously did, but largely because I'm now more aware of my activity and the expected results. Works great tracking activity duration and sleep time. It is off a bit on the # of steps I take, and I find the heart rate stops working once it gets above 120-130 during a cardio workout. May have something to do with how tightly I wear it.

Provides all that's advertised but unless one is computer literate and has time to sit in front of a computer - very frustrating to get the best out of it.

I love both Fitbits I have bought from Best Buy but honestly, they are a little hard to setup. I stuck with it and was finally able to resolve issues. Once they are set, the info they track is terrific.

Bought this for our son. He absolutely loves it! He is a techy and loves to monitor all the things on his Fitbit. Wears it to work.... This is the second one we have bought. Bought the first for another son. Great item Samsung!

The Fitbit HR does exactly what I expected and was user friendly. Setup and daily use are intuitive and allow for ease of daily use. Only drawback is that if you are wet/sweaty during a workout the readings can be off and sporadic.

I like the friend aspect and it does keep me moving but you should change "stairs" to "hills". I climb 3 floors of stairs at home all the time and get no "credit". Also sleep doesn't seem accurate to me.

Upgraded from a Flex to get more immediate feedback during activities and I love it. Directions for setup when adding to an existing account could have been clearer, but worked well once I got started.

Simple to use comfortable to wear and the silent alarm is great your fit bit vibrates instead of using a regular alarm and waking your spouse with the noise.

PurchAsed this to make me accountable for my exercise! Mainly use it for heart rate as well as getting o my goal of number of steps!

I GOT THIS FOR MY WIFE FOR X-MAS, SHE WANTED IT. I PICKED 1 UP WHEN THEY WHERE ONSALE SO I SAVED $50. THERE WAS A LITTLE ISSUE WHEN I TRIED TO EXCHANGE IT FOR A BIGGER SIZE BUT AT THE END I STILL GOT IT FOR THE ORIGINAL PRICE.

I bought this to replace my flex and am very happy with it. Nice having so many features on screen instead of having to always look at the app. The hr monitor seems to work well and the watch band is much better than the flex band.

Provides good info on your 24 hour day. The only drawback is the steps. It seems to register steps with movement of your arm. Steps will never be accurate.

I was totally excited to get this but within the fist week it started peeling. There is a clear coat of something on the band that started peeling off within the first couple days. It says I have walked when I'm driving and the battery life sucks if you want to have it tack your calls. Very disappointing.

This Fitbit is everything I hoped it would be, it has been great to have! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for that added touch to their new fit lifestyle

This is my 3rd Fitbit... I've had some issues with the wristband bubbling, so this one is a slight upgrade from my last. Good thing about Fitbit is they will replace a defective item.

I love this Fit Bit! I had the Flex and upgraded to this. I am glad I did. Does everything I wanted it to and more. If you don't want to spend for the Surge, the HR is perfect!

Bought the Garmin Vivosmart HR first and returned it because it wasn't very attractive and the app was a bit of a mess. This is much nice nicer aesthetically and the app is easy to use. Happy and satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this device on the advice of my doctor and after my wife had one. It has been a very useful tool in monitoring my activity and general health. I've found the heart rate monitoring and sleep monitoring to be excellent

I did not find this product worth the money asked for it. Steps were not accurate. I like the heart rate monitor but did not feel it was worth the price.
