This Fitbit is more than I thought it was! Great product love that I can get caller id on my wrist without having my phone in hand! It has a lot of features that I love! Keeps me active and works well with the Fitbit app!

This product is pretty accurate except for number of foot steps, when driving on a gravel or rough road it continues counting the movements as footsteps. Over all I'm very pleased with my Fitbit.

Loved this fitbit! Tracks heartbeat, steps and sleep. Monitored how much time i was restless and total time of sleep each night.

I upgraded from the Charge after it stopped working. Best Buy was great accepting the return. I wanted the heart rate feature and bought the HR. It is generally off by 40 to 60 beats no matter where it is placed on your arm. (Must be worn loose and most accurate measurement is 3 finger lengths from your rist bone.) Annoying. How can your u maintain any position while working out when it is loose enough to slide 3" back on your arm? I will be returning this device and going back to the charge or seeking another alternative. The other features work well. Disappointed.

I like this Fitbit a lot more than my older one. I like being able to use it as a watch. Every now and then the app has issues and doesn't record my exercise correctly but it works most of the time.

I really like all the things the Fit Bit HR does, it not only keeps track of my steps but also my heart rate and sleep pattern

I'm really please with this product. Is small enough to carry it around all day and the battery last almost three days. The app is fantastic and because you can use other apps at the same time it gives you full versatility.

I like the instant reading for the heart rate. The suggestion I have is sometimes the heart rate is not accurate. I have a heart monitor that I compare it with and sometimes it is off my 50 beats!

Fit well, stylish, and easy even for me to use. Love the fact that I can compete with other users as well.

The challenges that you can do with your friends are exciting. I feel this device has been great with keeping everyone accountable on their fitness goals. It has become a vital part of my day I do not leave home without it.

I bought 2 Fit Bit Charge HR monitors for my wife and myself. We have work week warrior challenges to track each others daily/weekly progress. I also have friendly competitions with some of my good friends. It's social media that is good for you! I would like for the battery to last longer. The box says up to 5 days without charging however everyone I know has to charge the Fit Bit every other day.

great bang for the buck, the only thing is the newer fitbit comes out in a few months. I prefer this smaller model myself. not super accurate with the heart rate monitor but overall good device.

I really love my fitbit, because it keeps track of how many steps I take daily. It let me know my heart rate and a few others.

I upgraded from the original one. It's ok. Charging is way to often. Watch is a pain to see the time. Think I might move up to an Apple Watch instead.

I was very pleased with this product. It tells much more information than I ever realized when I first bought it. I am know able to keep a more detailed fitness diary than originally planned, which helps me in the long run.

I got this as a gift for my mother for Christmas. She has been nothing but amazed by it and raves about it all the time. She was shocked that it even vibrated and showed the caller ID when someone was calling her phone.

I love the HR. Being able to track my HR is extremely important and it is far more accurate for sleep tracking than the flex.

Does the job! Exactly what I needed. The best place to buy it. The service was good.

I started out with a regular charge. Didn't like the band so I upgraded to the HR Specifically for the more durable band. Great product. Very addicting. Easy to use app. Battery lasts quite a while
