I bought this item for my wife who was looking for a tracker to assist with step tracking and general activity tracking throughout her day. First we noticed that the charging time for the device is minimal, just over an hour and it lasts for most of the week with 24 hour use. She was pleasantly surprised at the caller ID function and that it also tracks her sleep as well. It has been a great device and she is learning more about it everyday.

So I've had a few fitbit, and then moved to the apple watch. However came back with this one cause it offered a few key features. Caller ID and Long battery life! It tracks steps fairly well once you put in your information like height etc correctly. also you have to keep in mind that everyone's stride is different, step counts are fairly accurate but if stride length is not set properly it can vary the distance travelled highly.

Works perfectly to keep me motivated! This product is a good way to make goals and track progress. It also keeps me moving by tracking steps and I know if I haven't met my goal for the day, it's incentive to take a walk around the neighborhood or house just to get in the last steps I need. It shows calories burned and the app is full of useful information to make sure you're being more active and getting more out of your workouts. Love it!

I love everything about my Fitbit charger HR! It keeps me off the couch! Plus, I love the alarm clock on it....no more annoying alarm sounds! I highly recommend it!

My doctor recommended that I purchase a Fitbit wrist band to help me monitor my activity level each day. It has really helped me realize that I need more exercise. I am walking almost every night in my neighborhood.

The friends option is the best part! Friendly competition, the HR isn't always accurate, but it gives an overall accurate picture of how you well you are taking care of yourself. It is a personal trainer on a wrist!

It works well but not as accurate on distance as My Runkeeper, even after adjusting settings. A more thorough detail may be necessary, length of stride (both feet or one), length of leg, etc.

It took three (3) times to get my Charge HR+ to function properly. Now that it works I love it. The Support team was very thorough and resolved the problems. Be sure to get extended warranty.

Very good overall. Would have liked better setup with Windows 10 and a few issues with bluetooth dongle but otherwise a great product. I hope Web and mobile app will continue to get better.

Does everything I need and easy to use. Steps count was off when traveled out of country but works fine now that back in states. Not sure what the problem was. Hope does not happen again.

i love the idea of the device, but im on my 4th one. ive had to return for not holding a charge, and basically just seizing up twice and not responding at all. ive had good luck so far with my current fitbit. from what ive read this seems to be the norm. with this technology the devices are really hit n miss. i asked the staff at best buy about returns on fitbits when i had to return mine. they advised that they get A LOT of returns on fitbits

Received this as a gift from my husband who researches purchases endlessly. I did have to return the first one when it failed to charge, but no other issues. Still finding new features on it. Recharges very quickly.

This is an awesome tracker. Does everything I need and more. Only problem is charger isn't sold anywhere. Had to order a new one as a replacement from Fitbit and it took 6 business days.

Works well but with me driving for a living it doesn't accurately count. I think it counts all the bumps on the road while I'm driving. Trying to find a way to turn it off while driving.

This fitbit is very simple and has everything that I need. There are other models that offer more features but this was a nice middle ground for me. It show's steps, heart rate, calories burned, steps and distance. It is a little bigger than the flex or alta version but it does not bother me. I love the colors that they come in. I bought the blue one, I know of friends that purchased the teal one and said that it's hard to keep clean. I definitely recommend this product.

I love this Fitbit. It has been helping me with time, sleep patterns, steps, phone calls. . .. It doesn't look too bad.

I love this thing. The only issue that I've had with it is that it seems to take forever to sync to my phone. When I first got it I had it synced to my phone constantly, but the Bluetooth was killing my battery on my s5 so I only sync at night now. Sometimes that can take anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes! But it sure beats constantly keeping my phone on me to track my steps. Watch the screen though... it can be easily scratched. I work in retail, and have to be careful once in a while.

the directions to install this are very sketchy. it took a while to figure out there were two apps to be downloaded. otherwise, it has been very useful monitoring sleep and calories burned.

I bought this as an upgrade from my Fitbit Flex. I like the added features and that it is secure on my wrist. I also like the pairing with my cell phone for call notification.. So far it seems to be a great device.

I had a FitBit One and washed it. I bought the Charge HR and am very pleased with it. It is durable and easy to wear. Read out is clear and it syncs with the other fitness app i use. I would highly recommend this.
