Like the features but not satisfied with the wrist band clasp. Accuracy of flights of steps is not very good. Disappointed that no results are measured for bicycle exercise.

Overall, this product has been very useful for me during my workouts and I love how it keeps track of my progress every day, every week. Great tool to start off when you're starting or already working out.

I bought this for my wife (back then, my girlfriend) for her early Christmas gift. She really loves it and it has helped her tracking her activities.

This is my 4th Fitbit HR. The last one finally charge correctly. I had problems to charge them with the old one it wont charge at all. I took the insurance and was able to exchange it with no problem.

The Fitbit HR is playing a key role in helping my wife lose weight. She's able to track many data points and with it sync to her cell phone she has no excuse to miss my calls.

The watch has helped me with my diet and exceeded my expectations. I can log all my meals by scanning the bar code or looking up the item. If the food is not available you can take a picture of the product, ingredients and nutrition label and they will add it. All your recent food is kept and easy to locate and submit. It tracks your calories along with tracking your exercise and lets you know if your are under, over or at your correct calorie intake loose weight.

THIS IS GREAT FOR SETTING GOALS TO HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT OR MAINTAIN IT. ALSO JOIN A GROUP FOR COMPETITIVE FUN. LOVE THE NOTIFICATION THAT YOU HAVE A PHONE CALL COMING IN WHEN YOUR PHONE IS NOT HANDY.

Love having the watch feature of this fitness tracker and all the information on the Fitbit and not have to rely on the App for the information. Tracking heart rate and sleep is a great function as well.

This is my second fitness tracker, the on-line support from fit bit users is great, The fit bit charge hr does everything I need it to do and more. I have pushed myself more because of the online groups,

So I was researching for SEVERAL months between the Fitbit and the Apple Watch. Finally I deciding to go I the Fitbit. It was gonna give me the tools I needed to succeed and that sleek look I wanted.

The charger cord for this is super short. Not sure why they would make a cord this short. Charge does not last as long as advertised.

HR pretty accurate but when I use BT link with my car, the watch doesn't sync with my iPhone anymore. I had to do "add a device".

Charge HR's claims to have a 5 day battery life. More like 2/3 days. Very disappointed that I have to charge it every couple of days.

I LOVE this Fitbit! It's simple to use, the app is great for keeping up with what you burn, but also keeping track of your food/intake. It's fit into my plan and helped me take control of my goals.

This stylish wrist band is so easy to use...I love how it syncs to my phone and computer! It tracks everything, it's all you need to support your fitness goals. One cool feature is the Caller ID on my fitbit. I can keep working out without stopping to check my phone. I love challenging other fitbit users, especially when it's a family member...makes working out even more fun! When you meet your goals you earn badges..it's so addictive! You'll love your fitbit.

Great item it keeps track of everything and I love knowing my sleep pattern and keeping track of my heart rate!

This was a CHRISTmas present for my wife and she absolutely loves this product. She loves being able to do challenges against her sister and is excited about her future health changes she is making.

Love this FitBit version!! It motivates me to exercise more!! A few fellow employees at my work got this same one for Christmas & we have competitions as to the distance we've walked & steps taken.
