Happy with the unit but set up is difficult and confusing. Instructions must be downloaded from a website. Setup could not be established on a WIN 7 laptop

The Fitbit HR was easy to set up but has a serious flaw with how it syncs with my Samsung Galaxy S6 phone. I found out after I bought it that there are issues with the sync process between the Fitbit and phone. Wasn't mentioned in research I did and promo material said it would sync. Can go 3 or 4 days without syncing and little help came from Fitbit. Otherwise good starter tracker

This unit is an exceptional buy. Looked at lots of trackers & settled on this one. Has everything I wanted without extra bells & whistles I do not need. Performance has been great.

This unit was appealing to me because its one of the only on the market that monitors weight lifting using your heart rate and length of time during workout.

I bought this as a method of monitoring my heart rate since I was having some issues at the doctor. I like the step counter, but the HR monitor just doesn't add up. If I checked my pulse manually, I would notice about a 20 BPM difference which can be dangerous if you think you are within your normal limits. I also noticed that every day I was burning close to 4,000 calories which didn't really fit my lifestyle either, considering I wasn't doing 2 marathons per day.

I bought this model only for the HR, but seems to me that is not as accurate as you would expect, I returned this model and bought the previous model (no HR).

The clasp fits firmly and unlike other versions of the Fitbit, stays on. It provides great feedback and encouragement for my daily goals. Will get another one for my partner soon.

The FitBit Charge HR is a great reminder for me to get up and walk. I use it everyday to help me keep track of where I started in my fitness routine and the progress I'm making.

The step tracker and sleep summaries are great. The heart rate monitor is not notably accurate. And syncing with my iPhone is very slow. But a fun gadget.

Sizes run a little different but once you figure your size then it's worth it. Little hard figuring everything out

Like being able to review what I did during the day. Wear it while playing sports which is nice to see heart beat.

Loved my little purple Fitbit until the band detached from both sides. Hate things that are poorly made. From research, this is a common problem for this style. Up to then, worked great; rather motivational. Will look into other Fitbits but really disappointed that this was so flimsy.

Not sure you should use it for pedometer. It works off of arm movement thus not actual steps. I get a lot of steps each day even when I don't go anywhere

Fitbit is a great product for anyone looking to improve their fitness & be active. Great for everyone, from beginners to experts.

Heart rate is off slightly, but not a big deal. I love that it has a watch band so it stays attached to my wrist much easier than the Flex I had previously.

Bought as a gift for wife. She loves the color and unit. Notifications don't seem to work with note 5 though.

I am soooo in love with my Fitbit Charge HR! It's been perfect for me, I was on the fence about it for a while and I'm so happy I finally bought it! Highly recommend you buy this!

This is my 3rd Fit it hoping this one will not fail as the two previous flex Fit it. So far eased with the details I get from it.
