It's great, with the exception of where the battery charger is located. If you sweat, or you get wet, the charger shorts out and you can no longer charge.

Bought it for my daughter for Christmas. Seems to work as designed, she never takes it off and is always talking about how many steps she does in a day.

Fitbit Charge HR - Pros & Cons

My 81 year-old Father loves tracking his walks, and he loved the original Fitbit Charge that we got him, and when the HR came out, we got him that one. The Fitbit works well, however, he has the hardest time getting the HR to sync w/his phone which is an iPhone 6+, and with him being competitive, this throws him out of our lists. We never had this problem w/the original Charge.

fit bit tracks steps by movement of the hands, not the feet, and the mileage recorded seems high. But it is an interesting supplement to tracking activity.

What I love most, and didn't anticipate, is the exercise tracker. It tracks your route and gives you predetermined segmented updates on how far you've ran and your average pace.

Absolutely love it. Didn't realize how much I actually move in a day and definitely gives me motivation to do more. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the battery doesn't actually last for five days. I need to charge it every two to three days with constant, including sleeping, use. But it fully charges in about a half hour so it's not a real inconvenience.

This was a gift for my sister. She loves it. She really loves the sleeping information. She found out she was not sleeping as well as she thought she was.

I bought the fit bit to help encourage me to be more active and healthy. The app allows me to challenge my friends and coworkers in steps. This is a huge motivator for me. I also like that the app has features such as water intake and a food journal that help me keep track of my calories. Overall i would recommend the fit bit charge HR to other people wanting to be more active and have a healthier lifestyle.

He really digs it! The sleep settings were a bit overwhelming for him but other than that he wears it all the time. I even compete with him using the FiBit app on my iphone.

The WD My Book is an excellent external portable hard drive that is plug and play ready and very easy to use. I like that Best Buy will price match major competitors prices.

Bought this for my wife who is only moderately skilled in technology. I helped her set it up and she has now used it for about two weeks. She is pleased with the step counting feature (which was why she wanted it) and has learned to use some of the other features as well. The unit did not charge well using her laptop(no full charge), so we use her cell phone charger instead.

Never had another device like this but am satisfied with the data it collects. Very soon you might find doctors demanding that their patients wear such a device for diagnostics.

I like the information it gives me. The # of steps seem a little inflated, though. Stair #'s seem very accurate. Loving the competition with my spouse!

With so many activity trackers out there it was hard to choose the best one for me. After reading reviews and specs, I chose the fitbit charge hr. It tracks everything from steps to sleep patterns. It actually motivates me to be more active and more in tune with my health.

It does what is supposed to do. It is as comfortable as a watch. You can set it to vibrate when you get a call. Pulse measure does not seem very accurate.
